"I'm surrounded by idiots." Scar, The Lion King.

( this chapter talks about body parts-not genitals- but describing others bodies, if you're uncomfortable with that please tell me and I will happily modify it, this book is for young adults(13-18 yrs old) so I wouldn't expect a lot of you to be uncomfortable with that, but just in case :))

"C'mon Antonio! What are you doing in there? Taking a dump?" I say.

I'm outside Antonio's bedroom door and have been for ten minutes. I knock loudly again.

Marianne, Antonio's Abuela comes up to me, she is walking with a cane now, because, like Antonio, she is stubborn and doesn't give up easily. Sounds like someone I know *thinks of self*

I look over at her.

"Men," I say smiling and rolling my eyes.

"Slower than turtles." She whispers. I laugh.

I help her walk to her room at the end of the hall, make sure she is comfortable before going back to Antonio's door. I knock loudly again.

"Antonio Juan Martinez! Hurry up! This beach was YOUR idea!" I say putting emphasis on 'Your.'

"One second!" I hear him say on the other side of the door.

"Ughhhhh," I say putting my back against his door, sitting down annoyed. 'I'm surrounded by idiots, well, one idiot.'

I don't get it why men think that women take so long getting ready, I mean, c' mon, I got ready in a half an hour!

I look at my outfit, I'm wearing a yellow one-piece ruffle swimsuit (to see picture search up on Google: Rovlet women's cute ruffles v neck one piece padded yellow; sorry couldn't upload the picture :p) and a white coverup, my hair was in a high ponytail and I had waterproof mascara, as well as all of my Science Fair studying stuff.

Antonio opens the door and I fall back into his room, he looks down at me.

"I see you're already falling for me." He says smirking.

I roll my eyes and get up, standing in front of him. He is wearing navy blue shorts and has a black towel over his right shoulder, we're both wearing flip flops. I slowly inhale when I get a full view of his abs, I snap out of it.

"What the heck took you so long?" I say putting a hand on my hip.

"Well," he starts, "I was just imagining you in a swimsuit while getting dressed, then the next thing I know I have to fix things 'down there.'" He says gesturing to his manhood.

I gag and roll my eyes. "Gross, men, let's go, we can take my car," I say walking out of his room.

We get into my car and start to head to Miami Beach. We are both jamming out to old rock music.

We get to the beach and find a spot to set our stuff down, I sit down and get out my binder, Antonio gives a questioning look.

"What are you doing?" He says giving a disgusted look to my binder.

"School. Science Fair, sound familiar?" I say slowly.

"Why?" He questions.

"That was the whole reason we came to the beach," I say.

"No, the reason was so that I can throw you into the ocean." He says smirking.

"Ok, no, school first, then water," I say writing down more things to do for our project.
