Chapter 2

The next day in the afternoon, the food was being set for the Soiree. "Jane I said Soiree, not a feast." Ben told her as he looked at the garden. It was filled with some streamers and a small buffet. "Well you want to be presentable right? So keep your mouth shut, Ben." Jan told him back. Soon Mal, Audrey, Chad, Jay, Lonnie, Evie and Hades Jr walk out of the castle dressed in a fancy but not Ball fancy fashion. "Wow, this is some Soiree." Hades Jr mumbled getting a small tug from Evie's elbow. Dizzy soon came out with some jewelry to hand out for a bit of cash. "Dizzy's smart. Using this for an advantage." Jay said chuckling. Some time passes and all of them are either talking to other king's and queen's. King Arthur and Ben were talking about matters around Camelot. "People are saying they have been seeing terrible beast's roaming in their wheat fields. What say you?" Arthur asks Ben who raises an eyebrow. "What do you think it is? Important or not?" Arthur told him. "Oh, I don't know. It's probably a boar or a bear. Send out a guard to see what it is and let him get back to you." Ben suggested and hit Arthur's cup with his own.

The Soiree was over now and most of them were tipsy so Ben let then stay in rooms in the castle. Hades Jr was the last one to head of to sleep. He sat down on other side of the bed while Evie was already sleeping on the other side. He kept hearing a whistle in his hear and heard roars and roars, but they sounded distant. He laid down and remember that night we was with Evie. The two were on the balcony and he remembered feeling something and felt that a storm was approaching. He put is head behind Evie's head and his arm around her and he drifted off to sleep. He woke up the next morning to find Evie gone and all of them at the dining hall, still in their PJ's, laughing and telling jokes. He went back to his room and got dressed and saw that Dizzy was packing up the materials. He finally saw Evie putting bags into the ride they used to get there. "Leaving already?" Hades Jr asked Dizzy. "We got clothes to make. We are a brand duh." Dizzy said after nodding. In a couple minutes they were saying goodbye and they all left. "You stayed up longer then anyone last night. You okay?" Evie asked while her arm was around the shoulder of a sleeping Dizzy. "Yeah. Just remember on why I said 'There's a storm approaching' that one time." He replied getting a quiet laugh from her. A small earthquake happened which actually woke Dizzy up. "Whoa, haven't had that before." Hades Jr said looking outside the car. The earthquake finally stopped and then they finally arrived home.

They found Uma, Harry and Gil already inside to their surprise. "Uma!" Dizzy yelled and went to give her a hug. "What are you doing here?" Hades Jr asked as well as confused. "Well, since you two are the closest to us then the others we can to tell you what we found in the ocean." Uma explained to him. "Okay. Well, where is it, cause all I see is cake." he told her motioning to the table. "No you fool. I mean underwater. I was going around in my octopus form looking for anything that could be valuable and saw cracks on the ocean floor with lava all the way underneath them." She told him. After she said that, Evie stopped what she was doing and came to Hades Jr side with concern. Even Dizzy came back to the table to hear about it. "Anything new was around it?" Evie asked. "Nope just lava down there. Either something got out, which is highly unlikely, or something is going on." Uma told them. "I'll ask Ben about it. In the meantime, stay for dinner. Evie's cooking tonight." Uma agreed and they all ate dinner. Uma, Harry and Gil soon left back to the harbor and Hades Jr, Evie and Dizzy continued their night.

Cave

Maleficent was walking around the cave where she became back to normal. The old man, who followed her inside, because her first henchmen. "I need something big and grand to exact my revenge. My own daughter. AHH!" Maleficent said frustrated. She disgraced Mal in her mind for betraying her. From what her henchman been telling her, Mal has been helping and saving Auradon from dangers along with Hades and Hades Jr. "That boy. Even he sided with that pathetic man." She said thinking. She soon felt a strong source of power somewhere underneath the mountains. "Hmm, Go fetch a ride. We are going to the mountains." She said and told her minion.

Ben and Mal's Castle

"Okay. Thanks for telling me." Mal said as she was on the phone. Ben walked into their room as she hung out. "Hade's just called. Said Uma went to him and told him that she found crack underwater with lava inside them." She told him. Ben started to get dressed into his PJ's before answering. "Hmm, that's strange. I'll send word tomorrow to Uma to check the waters by Neverland." He said as he and Mal got ready to go to sleep. "We still haven't found my mother. Ben, i'm worried someone would find her and that she can get revenge." Mal told him and he caressed her. "It's okay Mal. We'll find her." He told her and they went to sleep.
