I think Eren has a better relationship with Annie than Armin, if I'm correct.

Also, Annie lied to him and it hurt Eren, and I kinda don't blame him.

If you had a shot with someone like Annie, big ass and everything, I would be upset too, if she turned out to be killing your friends.

But, yeah, Annie and Eren do have a good relationship in some way.

Kinda like Armin and Annie.

But, Annie was kind enough to teach my bro how to use her main kick, and, according to what I know, Eren is the first person Annie showed that much kindness towards.

And, I find that sweet.
