1) The fact that hunger doesn't go down when you're on peaceful mode!!! Like, it's not my fault if I'm not in the mood to fight zombies and skellys or if I don't want my redstone work blown up by a creeper...
2) Diamonds are sometimes impossible to find...I have a world and I've been like stripmining for ever and I cannot find any diamonds. I'm dying of annoyence...
3) Enderman can teleport and you can't kind of sucks. I have a hard time killing them sometimes. I also hate wither skeletons, they make it hard to travel in the nether.
4) Creepers like blowing up your dogs. ;-; RIP my dogs that have died.m
5) It's so hard to tame a freaking cat in the game, it's not even funny! Like the first time I tried taming a cat, it took me an HOUR. Honestly, can't they make it a bit easier? XD
