Robyn had seen the golden goddess a few times here and there, but they never really spoke to each other. They shared similar friends, went to the same events, and had even been at each others houses before without even knowing it. But they'd never had a chance to really talk to one another. Just admire each other from afar.
Beyoncé was always too busy being up under her big lipped boyfriend to really give anyone else the time of day. But she had her reasons for it. She felt if she let him go out of her sight for too long, he'd end up cheating on her. He'd slept around on her their entire relationship, but she was too stupid to leave him.
That was until 2 months ago when Bey finally got the courage to leave the man she'd wasted 6 years of her life on. One of their mutual friends, Onika, who happened to be Beyoncé's best friend since diapers, had helped Bey finally accept the truth of the type of man he was.
Now Beyoncé is enjoying her life. Trying new things, doing what makes her happy, and not giving a damn if people like it or not.
She let Onika convince her to go to an event that a close friend of hers was hosting.
What Onika didn't mention was that it was Robyn's event.
Bey made sure she looked her best, as she always did when she went to a nice event, and her face was beat for the gods.

The second Nicki and Bey walked in the room, all eyes were on them. Including Robyn's.
Nicki scanned the room, her eyes finally landing on the beautiful host.
"Rih!" Nicki says excitedly as she makes her way over to the tall Barbadian.
"Aye, big booty!" Robyn says happily as she wraps her arms around the tinier woman, her hands doing what they did every time they hugged, grabbing a handful of Nicki's ass. It no longer fazes Nicki, it just makes her giggle more than anything.
"You look... wow!" Nicki gushes. "So gorgeous and so damn hot!"
