Krevil's Pov

"I can't believe those pesky kids defeated my horde of bots. I can't even. They defeated you too, and you. How dare you. If I didn't need you, I would punish you right now. But you have your uses. Now go and get those kids before they discover the deep secrets of the Crystal Cave. GO!"

The Crystal Cave
Jessie looked about the number of colourful and jagged crystals, spiking out of the ground like daggers. Leon kept kicking pebbles and weighing his smoke bomb hand to hand, his hood much lower over his head than usual. Nita followed them, watching out for Bruce, who kept stopping more often, and licking his paws.

"What's up?" Nita stopped to tend to Bruce as she noticed a deep knash in his fur, bleeding and most painful. It began leaking out and messing up his fur and the ground. Oh no. She looked about, and found a small fern shrub, which she picked a long, green fern from. She wrapped the fern tightly to stench his wound. "Hind-leg walking, alright?" She told him, stroking his stomach. He growled, and followed her as she began to walk in the direction Leon, Jessie and Scrappy went. She had been depending on their voices and footsteps to know the way. The cave around her grew silent and there was a fork. Which way was she supposed to go? Did Leon and Jessie split up? They were no footsteps or voices to be heard.

Leon looked about and found an outstanding and seemingly brighter crystal than the rest. It grew brightly and Leon couldn't take his eyes off of it. "Hey," he muttered. He was too amazed to talk further. The crystal was a luminescent green. It shone brightly and flashed as if trying to communicate with him. It flashed three small flickers, then a long one. Then it repeated it's pattern. Was this the special shard just for him? "Nita?" He called loudly, but only Jessie heard. "Nita?" Jessie then called. "Hey, Leon. Where'd she go?" Leon took his stare away from the mesmerising crystal and looked about the tunnel they were in.

"They was a fork remember. She probably fell behind and went through the other tunnel," Leon pieced his memory together.
"Should we go down the other tunnel then, or hope she'll catch up?" Jessie asked, as Scrappy jumped about, sniffing a shrub that had a great number of orange and purple berries on. Jessie shook her head at Scrappy as he was about to pick one. "Well, she is tough, but not tough enough to go against another horde of robots if they come. Mike and Crow will probably be back by now. We have to stay together. How dumb of me to not keep watch," he exclaimed, shaking in aggression.

"Let's go find her," Jessie concluded, "once we know which way we came." They looked at both ends of the tunnel they could see. It looked exactly the same as other side. Apart from the luminescent green crystal Leon was fond of, which he had seen firstly on the right. "Um," Leon mustered as the crystal was no longer there.
"Hey, you were staring at that one," Jessie pointed at a green one. Indeed it was the same one he found mesmirising, but it was far behind them and on the left. There was another one far off. Guess it wasn't as mesmirising as i thought, it doesn't catch my eye anymore, he thought, none of them.

Bruce licked the fern with agitation and kept stopping as often. The green fern began to turn a dark shade of purple. As he walked, the fern split down the middle and blood dripped out. He howled in pain and didn't move from his position. Nita whipped her head round and saw her shiba, lying down as if the loss of his blood, made him dizzy. "Oh no. Was it that big robot with the rockets? If I ever see one again, I will avenge you Bruce. I swear I will," Nita rubbed behind his ear.

Nita's Pov

I don't know what I'd do if Bruce gets anymore hurt then he already is. I'll kill them robots with my bare hands and make Krevil grovel at my feet. How dare anyone hit my Bruce and make him bleed! They'll pay. NITA!!! Where in the cave is Leon and Jessie? They should be looking for me by now. If not, my anger will lead me to them. Or maybe, if I find a shard for me that has x-ray vision? That'll help me. Better find that crystal. Ay-ay-ay-ay-ay!

Nita hoisted Bruce's arm over her shoulders (not as if it'll help anyway) and slowly began pulling him through the right tunnel. She had to take a guess. She didn't want to be in the cave any longer so she wanted to keep moving.

Spike's Bungalow
Spike launching his Pickle Computer (a spiky brand) and logged in for Shelly. He stepped back as Shelly sat on the swivel chair. "Thank you for your help Spike," Shelly beamed and then he left the room, and went to his bed. Shelly saw the time as 11pm. Early, she thought. She immediately looked on the BrawlWeb and searched for The Ally Intensifier. On the web, she saw images of a golden trinket, like an expensive necklace. With a teal rim and a ruby gem in the centre. The chain was gold. "God... That is a gem," Shelly muttered to herself. The description stated that "if the wearer wants power, they wear it for 24 hours and gets a selection of powerful attributes. Examples: speed, power, lasers and more."

"Holy, we can't let Mortis have that. But it would be good for all of us to fight the danger. But Mortis is so bad anyways, he might use it for a showdown," Shelly thought, dialling Poco on the Pickle Computer.

Ra dalada Ra dalada! Poco's phone issued the call. "Yikes," Poco scowled, quickly answering the phone so his ringtone ceased to continue. "You took your time," Poco told her worriedly.
"Don't worry. I know what we're looking for," Shelly spoke back, opening a 3D image of The Ally Intensifier.

Mortis struggled to get up. But when he heard Poco's ringtone, he was sure he was up to no good. Better finish off Frank and see what Poco is doing, he thought. "Frank, I want you to have the grave. I feel you were the soul that would die tonight," he smiled evilly as Frank readied his ginormous hammer. He took a swing but Mortis dashed. Frank's mutated brain told him open air and space would help him so he swung it and knocked down the walls. "Aaah. Your soul is mine!" Mortis angrily dashed after the lumbering giant, as he went out over the bricks, rubble and debris of the house. Out into the wide road of Brawl Town they went.

"Flip!" Poco yelled, stepping back many spaces.
"What happened?" Shelly asked.
Poco couldn't answer. The wall had started to crumble in on itself and half of Mortis' bedroom. "Oh no," he finally said, "I won't be able to find it now." Poco explained over the phone what had happened. Lots of debris fell on his sombrero and rocks began crumbling over on the side of the fallen half of the room. "Search the crumbling side after, just... Hurry!" Shelly pleaded. Poco rummaged through drawer after drawer, carefully checking the image Shelly sent as Mortis had stolen many golden trinkets and treasure that wasn't his. "Should I take these?" Poco held up sparkling jewels, trinkets, trophies and gold. No, better find that Ally Intensifier, he thought.

Mike walked on the outskirts of Brawl Town to avoid detection. Crow flew high in the sky on the lookout. Behind them, was a new horde of purple robots and even some mouse bots, who moved twice as fast. Behind them, were 5 purple boss robots. They had to be unseen until they got to the Crystal Cave and lock away their secrets the teens might find. Crow cawed loudly as the it approached midnight. The moon was a crescent and the stars twinkled brightly. The ground was covered in darkness and the only things you could see was the lit windows of homes and the piercing red eyes of all the bots. A strong mist made its way into the town.

Mortis dashed past Frank, over the fallen rubble to get to Poco. The skeleton heard him dashing his way and he hid under a canopy of rocks and pulled a small boulder to shield himself from view. Frank stomped his way over to Mortis as he dashed into his derelect bedroom. "Hhhmm. Looks like an inspection, isn't it my skeleton?" Mortis asked the silence, checking under and behind huge boulders to where Poco could have got to. Mortis hadn't noticed Frank came up behind him and swung him round and stunned him. "Aack!" Mortis shouted, mid-dash. Poco jumped out of his hiding-place and opened a black-worn cupboard. He found a small velvet case and opened it up to find The Ally Intensifier, small, but powerful and gold. It shined in the moonlight and glowed teal. "Hey, that's not yours!" Mortis yelled, beginning to move again.

Poco gently placed the velvet case into his jacket pocket and held his guitar, strumming violent notes at the partially stunned Mortis. Then Mortis dashed at Poco with terrifying speed and knocked him off of his feet, sending his guitar flying. Frank stayed back, not wanting to hit Poco. "Do it!" Poco cried, as he continually was jabbed at by the pointed shovel. Frank swung his hammer and both of them went flying into the rubble as another ceiling piece fell on them. "Poco? Poco?!" His phone said as the voice of Shelly. His phone had been blasted on to a patch of mud far off into the graveyard. "I'm coming," Shelly told the graves as she hung up.
