"Where the hell did you go last night?" Olivia practically yelled at me as soon as she saw me at my locker.

"Oh shit, I'm sorry," My mouth fell open, "I left without telling you oh my- how did you get home?"

"I didn't get home till this morning," She replied nonchalantly leaning against the locker next to mine.

"Oh well thats- wait what?"

"I may or may not have scored with Derek Evans," A smile formed onto her painted nude pink lips.

"No way, Captain of the lacrosse team Derek Evans?" I gasped.

"Yep." Liv nodded her head excitedly.

"What did Mama Wars say when you got home?"

"She didn't say anything, Mateo let me in the back door," She referred to her older brother.

"You are such a bad daughter, baby mama." I shook my head, "You should be careful with Derek, the captains are always the worst ones."

"There he is right now," She looked at someone over my shoulder, "I'm gonna go talk to him."

"Good luck," I mumbled as she bounced off to the boy that was bound to break her heart.

I went back to shuffling through my folder when a text notification on my phone went off. I glanced down at the large screen and saw a text from an unknown number.

Unknown

Good luck today.

Don't tell me you've already forgotten me

ryan??

ding ding ding you want a cookie for getting it right?

shut up.

what were you talking about earlier?

I rolled my eyes when I read that he left me on seen. God, I wish I could expose them all right now. It's too bad I didn't have all the information otherwise they'd all be done for.

"What a dick!" The sound of my best friend walking to me, pulled me out of my internal rant.

"What did he say?"

"He told me he didn't even remember last night and then asked me who I was!" Unshed tears were evident in her eyes before a string of Spanish profanities left her mouth.

"I told you the captains were the worst," I sighed and patted her back, "Lets go see if we can get you breakfast at the cafeteria."

"They better be serving pancakes." She pouted before letting me lead her to our destination.

Turns out they were serving waffles instead of pancakes which stumped Liv even more although I much preferred the waffles.

Ryan's unsettling warning had made me anxious throughout the whole day. I did everything caution, as if he would jump out of any corner that I crossed or try and humiliate me any other way. How did he even get my number?
