Phana's POV
Whenever I swept my gaze, it always found Ming, staring back at me. As if myself couldn't be any more awkward than this. I seriously wanted to smack myself. Stop looking at him, you idiot!
He was practicing the dance which was taught by May and I earlier. I was not a great dancer, but if you compared with myself last year, I would say I'm better at it now.
It had been a week since the first meeting. One thing that I noticed, Ming always bought Wayo pink milk everyday. I knew they were best friends since forever but still, my stomach churned seeing that.
And another thing I noticed was Ming could always find a way or another to stir my feelings. Seeing him lifted up my mood, but the next thing he did would make it sour.
Hell, he was a popular guy and what made it worse was, he's a total flirt! Yuck!
He would tease every girl came to him with that fucking smile. The girls went either crazy or limp. And I liked neither.
"Aren't you done daydreaming?" May's voice pulling me from my train of thoughts. I forgot I was supposed to train their choreography.
"Yeah, sorry about that.. Need any help?" I mentally cursed myself from forgetting what I was supposed to do.
"That cute kid over there, I think he needs to be supervised," May ponted at the kid. And it's Wayo.
"You know I'm nowehere near your dancing skill, right?" I was against the idea of teaching the dance by ourselves. I was so into hiring a professional choreographer but May insisted that it would cost us a hell of money.
"You only need to teach him the steps. It's easy, isn't it?" She chuckled.
I only responded with a sigh then went straight to Yo. Like May said, his movements were awfully awkward. I was in no place to judge but, at least I was not this stiff.
Yo stopped his dancing when he heard me laughing. "Don't tease me, P'! I know I'm no good!" He pouted. What a cute kid.
"Believe me, I danced like you a year ago, and here I am, being a Campus Moon and all," I tried to encourage him.
"You obviously won because of your face P' Pha~ not because of the dance," he giggled from ear to ear. It was a good sign, at least I lifted up his mood.
I started to teach Yo the movements. We laughed a lot during the practice. He was sure fun to be with.
Then a loud cheer blarred my ears. I turned to see what's happening. And the cause of it is none other than the playboy, Ming.
I immediately knew what caused the commotion, Ming was pouring himself with a bottle of cold water. His t-shirt was gone. I could see his chocolate toned muscled lining beautifully on his arms, torso, and...
I gulped. So. Fucking. Hard. I could not take my eyes off of the scene. I swore my face lit up. I forced myself to turn back and leave the hall. I needed to breathe.
I walked so fast, but someone pulled my hand, "What's wrong, P' Pha?" It was Yo, fortunately.
"Yeah, need to go to the toilet," I tried to give lame excuse.
"But, you are burning red, P'. Are you sick?" Yo kept asking, as if he could not be more annoying.
I knew he was worried, but what should I tell him, when I, myself, could not understand what's happening to me?
"Y-yeah, I'm okay. Could you please let me go?" I could not hold any longer, I really needed to cool of my head.
"Oh, right! Sorry, P'! Don't be sick okay, if something's wrong, you can always find me for help," Yo smiled but worried at the same time.
I could only smiled, not even reaching my eyes, I pivoted leaving the hall in hurry. I drove my car aimlessly, just needed to empy mu head.
Seriously, Phana what's wrong with you?!?! You're not even a girl, damn it!
I cursed while driving away out of the university.
