There have been some rumors, these days. A secretary suddenly became a new COO of the firm after one night, and then, some associates stayed out late at the firm and caught the sight of the name partner and the COO kissing roughly in the file room. There has never been an official anouncement from Donna either Harvey whethere they're dating or not. People keep guessing and spreading all things they could think about and almost everybody in the firm has a feeling that there must be something between the two managing partner.
"Donna must have slept with Harvey to get that position. And I guess they're dating now. Jack told me that he saw them together in Donna's office two nights ago."
Andrei, a five-year associate is talking to the newers, who have just been in the firm. He is so concentrated on talking behind others's back that he couldn't notice Louis has been listening to the whole conversations.
"Really sorry to interrupt your introduction to the newers, but I have something to tell you, about the Smiths case."
Louis murmurs, which startled Andrei. All the others associates quickly move out.
Louis's office
"Tell me what is it Louis."
Gretchen entered the room.
"What?"
Louis huffed with an upset face.
"You know what. Your voice can tell. You'd better tell me what the hell has happened before you start screwing up everything."
Gretchen replied as she placed herself on the couch.
"It's not bout me. It's about Donna and Harvey. I heard the associates talking this morning."
"And?"
"Bad things. Bad rumors about them."
Louis sighed.
"I'm not surprised. Even though they usually be together, apart from their friends, the associates don't know much about their dating."
Gretchen said.
"Are you gonna tell him?"
She continues.
"I'm not so sure... Harvey seems busy with his suit case recently, I'm afraid bring this up is not the right time."
"It's up to you Louis. But make sure you tell him before he finds out, things could be worse, espcieally when Donna is realated."
Gretchen suggested and made her way out of the office.
"Hey Donna."
Harvey grinned as he walked to his girlfriend's office, who is busy with the paper work.
"Hey Harvey."
Donna stops looking at the paper and looks at Harvey.
"How was your night?"
"Oh, it's fantastic. There're many things a woman could do when she was alone."
Donna giggled. Last night was one of the barely nights they don't stay together. Since they are usually together, they decided to have some days in the month alone.
"You know you don't have to come today Donna, especially when you're pregnant.
Harvey said as he held her hand.
"I'm fine Harvey. Works won't matter."
"But it matters me."
Harvey huffed, and stared into her beautiful brown eyes. They keep getting lost in each other eyes until Andrei comes in.
"Louis told me to hand in you the AM Contrucstion case."
Harvey and Donna quickly move out and Harvey pretends to grab a paper on the table then quickly heads out.
"Oh yes, thank you Andrei."
Donna puts on a fake smile but her eyes still stick to Harvey's back till he left. Andrei could easily notice the blush of Harvey face and Donna eyes was all into him, which makes Andrei believe that they're definitely dating.
"Harvey."
Louis walks in Harvey office in the late evening.
"Louis, whatever it is, it will have to wait til tomorrow. I've already had a long day, and you know Donna is waiting for me."
Harvey smiled exhaustedly.
"This can't wait Harvey."
Harvey sees the serious look on Louis so he lets him in.
"What's wrong Louis?"
Harvey asked worriedly. Louis doesn't know whether he should tell about Andrei to Harvey, he could easily predict that Harvey will never that guy get away without fired him or even a punch in his face.
"Urmm, there's a few thing..."
Louis murmured.
"And what is it?"
"Well... Is there anyone knows about Donna's engagement, apart from the managing partner, and your family?"
"Why do you ask that?"
"Just answer."
"I don't think so. But I guess some of them might recognize, since me and Donna are usually together at the firm."
Harvey replied unwillingly.
