If the league of villains wanted more villains why didn't they choose the ones with creepy quirks? To strike fear into the eyes of others. That was their intentions. Today they recruited only ONE villain going by the name of Moonfish. His quirk is self-cannibalism. If he eats his own flesh it grows back making him more powerful in that region. If he eats a part of every body part he becomes more powerful there. He can also summon super sharp metallic blades from his hands. Basically he can make a sword, and shoot daggers. For his cannibal quirk he has super sharp teeth. His teeth are constantly strong.
Some people who are villains think that they can do whatever they want. But they can't. That's why we have pro heroes in today's society. The problem is that some people who have villainous quirks such as transformation, they can disguise themselves as pro heroes to wreak havoc.
*Meanwhile...*
As some students remain in UA others are out training. And well, Ryan is going through a tough time, not because he can't control his quirk, but because he can't control his emotions.
