Jungkook has a plan. He doesn't know if it will work, and he doesn't want to be an evil maknae again, but it's definitely worth a shot. It's currently around 3:45 P.M. Jimin, Taehyung, and Hoseok (Yoongi will join them later - he needs his beauty sleep) arrive not a minute too late, as requested by the birthday boy, so Jungkook can explain his evil scheme.
"Um... so I called you guys here 15 minutes early because... well, I want to somehow... maybe... get Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung together?-"
"Are you dumb?" Hoseok interrupts.
"What?"
"Dude, don't get me wrong - I am allll for Seokjinie and Namjoon being happy - but how do you even know for sure hyung likes Joon? Or the other way back, too?"
"Well, I'm not 100% sure about Namjoon's feelings," Jungkook replied, tapping his pointer fingers together innocently, "but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that Jin has had a crush on Joon hyung for, like, forever."
"IQ 148 my jibooty." added Jimin. "He's so book smart, but he literally misses every social cue ever. It's honestly kind of sad. Watching Jin hyung trying so hard to get Joonie's attention?"
"So that's why we should help him. Help them. I don't know how we possibly can, though. Heck, I don't even know if Namjoon is gay as well. But they would be perfect together..." Jungkook saddens the look in his round, doe eyes and pouts, sticking out his lower lip. "... So, who's in?"
The boys all turn to each other with mischief in their eyes. What's the worst that could happen?
"Fine. We'll do it." concludes Taehyung. "I guess we can all try to push Namjin together in all circumstances, and if we find some way for one of them to confess feelings, we can help them be... something more.... BUT I SWEAR JUNGKOOK IF THIS BACKFIRES I WILL PERSONALLY-"
dInG dOnG! The doorbell rings, precisely at 4 O'Clock.
"Oh man, holy ship! They're here! Act NORMAL!"
