"AAAAHHHH!" A high pitched scream screeched throughout the quiet night.

The cry had knocked both Scott and Derek back into the dark woods. The ELITE had gathered around HIM and vanished in thin air. Jade and Mieczyslaw had went to vamp Laurel and Silas out of there, but he had stopped them. Laurel was about scream, but she was cut off by Silas.

"Enough!" Silas had yelled out

"The dumb dogs don't matter now, we have a ritual to finish." Walking to the now grown Nemeton, Silas held out his hand, a swirl of colorful particles appeared, swirling around in a circle, then coming together in a flashing light, a book appearing above his hand, floating into his palm.

The book itself was made of leather, with red and black dominating the front and back side, metal pieces along the spine of the book and in the corners of the front and back, a golden latch, with a black lock, and a symbol dominating the middle of the book, an eye with swirls surrounding it.

Taking the key out, he unlocked it, removing the lock, but a loud roar shook the ground.

"That was the alpha, we need to hurry" Jade had said

"Hold them off until I finish the ritual" Silas opened the spell book, turning to page 10, an ancient spell bound in blood. About to speak the spell, Silas was then shot with an arrow in his shoulder, making him drop the book.

Silas then looked at the one who shot him, the huntress named Allison Argent. Glaring at her, he pulled out the arrow and threw to the ground, and looked around. Jade, Laurel, Mieczyslaw, and Silas were surrounded by golden and blue eyes. There was also orange eyes staring back as well.

"We're surrounded! What do we do?" Mieczyslaw exclaimed

"We could've retreated, but that's too late now" Laurel said

"Well... I've enjoyed this, but I believe it's time we ended this." Jade smirked and dark veins began to appear below her eyes. The same happened with Mieczyslaw, Laurel popped her neck and knuckles, and Silas remained calm, grabbed the spell book, and flute, focusing on one pair of eyes, the red eyes.

One of the blue eyes came out of the dark woods, an older man, wearing a simple V-Neck and blue jeans.

The four looked at the man approaching them, eyeing him warily.

"May I ask, what did you do to the Nemeton?"

"I fixed it, since the local dumb pack couldn't" Silas snarled at the older man. "Besides, why would you care, last time I heard, you killed your niece just for the Alpha power."

Peter narrowed his eyes and clenched his fists. He was about to retort, but the familiar smell of the Hale family lingered on the man. Then, Derek came out of the dark woods, his red eyes glaring at Laurel.

"You smell it don't you, that smell?" Peter asked Derek. Derek had nodded at his uncle, both looking at Silas.

Silas had backed up, nodding at Jade, Mieczyslaw, and Laurel, who nodded back at him. Both wolves catching this, rushed toward to get Silas, but Jade and Mieczyslaw grabbed their throat and threw them back into the dark woods. Every other wolf came rushing at them, but Laurel immediately let out her piercing cry.

The cry pushed every beta back. Allison readied an arrow, but Silas looked at her and fired a spell at her.

The fireball hit the tree behind her, combusting and engulfing the tree in flames.  This gave the four time to flee, Jade and Mieczysław vamped sped Laurel and Silas out of there, leaving the pack, still recovering and figuring out what just happened.

Arriving at the entrance of the Preserve, getting in the black car, and leaving, with no sight of the other black car.

"That was... Wow..." Jade was in shock, not knowing what to say

"I believe they're catching on to me" Silas said quietly

"We need to deal with them, bloody damn mutts." Mieczysław muttered

"Well, we just showed how powerful we are, I don't think they'll be messing with us." Laurel stated

"No, they're going to be comimg after us, we'll just need to watch our backs, after all, it's no family reunion without one of us killing each other." Silas said, his smirk turning into a dark smile

'This is going to be fun' he thought in his head.
