Living in a world where everyone has a gift can be quite amusing. All holds an intelligence that is second to none. Despite being extraordinary, some people weren't really satisfied with what they have and desired a power that is far greater than theirs. It was almost perfect, but the perfection of the world itself was the root of all greed.
They strived for more money, fame, and power, which triggered a rebellion for those who are not in favor of their system. A battle of grudges to obtain real justice. Battles and feelings that imprisoned the freedom of Princess Mahiah who's found in the middle of conspiracy.
The Princess was bestowed with gifts such as beauty and brains, yet Mahiah herself wasn't satisfied with her gifts. She feared that she was weak enough to be ignored by the court just because she isn't a Knight like a noble should be. A Knight who has the brawns of a Swordsman, a master of Magic like the Sorcerers, and the only thing that she possessed was brains—not enough to level the Thinkers, however. She cannot accept the fact that she was only good for marriage as the court says.
In spife of being weak, she was wanted not just by men but also those who wanted power. Little did she know, another life was also in the middle of the bullseye. Androniko, who lived his life in the depths of his father's wrath and his past debt was dragged into her mess.
The mess she started to prove herself worthy of the title Princess Royal that endangers both their reputation. Both dug too deep that they hit a stone that they shouldn't touch. A sercret that would drag their names into the mud. In order to save themselves from shame, both fought for their strong beliefs against the council who ignores their inaccuracies in terms of services. Finally, Mahiah proved herself worthy of bearing the peacock's name—Casablancas.
