Hayden sighed to herself as she stood in the kitchen as Tom walked in. He looked to her and smiled, he could tell that she was upset and he knew it was over her mum. He looked to her and smiled "I know that your upset over your mum and how you felt as if she had favoured your brother over you but she is still your mum and she loves you and you need her as much as say you don't, just try and make an effort with her, for the baby" Tom said as Hayden looked to him and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled "for me?" Tom said as she looked to him and nodded "fine but only because I love you" she said as Tom grabbed her waist and pulled her close and kissed her. Hayden pulled him close and kissed him back "I love you too" Tom said

Hayden got to work and sighed to herself as she ran her hands through her hair. Tom took a hold of her hand and smiled "it's going to be okay, did you call your mum" Tom asked as Hayden looked to him and nodded "I did, were going to meet up and talk" Hayden said as they walked through the car park and into the hallway. Tom looked to Hayden and smiled "it's going to be okay" Tom said as Hayden nodded. She knew that Tom only wanted to help her but she felt really unsure over things and she didn't know what to do. Hayden placed a hand on her bump and sighed. She felt scared and knew that she needed to make it work with mum and hoped that she could.

Hayden walked into the staffroom later that day and smiled as she sat with Tom "can we talk" she asked as he sighed "later Hayd, I have stuff to do" tom said as Hayden looked to him and sighed. She watched as he stood up and walked off. She knew that he was struggling with everything that was happening with Josh and how he was struggling to be a father to him. Hayden sighed as he walked off as Megan walked over and sat next to her and smiled "you know that he doesn't mean it right, he is just under stress. Your having his baby and he has a son who he has missed out on fifteen years, he loves you after all" Megan said as Hayden looked to her and smiled knowing that she was right and Tom has been under a lot of pressure

Hayden walked into the classroom and smiled as she looked to tom "I've been selfish, I know your going through a lot with Josh, but I'm here for you" she said as he looked to her and smiled. She walked over to him and hugged her as he held her close knowing that they were both struggling and needed to be there for each other
