Backstory:
Virgil was put up for adoption right after he was released from the hospital. His actual parents were too reckless to take care of him. He never made any friends except for one Volunteer, Logan Berry. Logan was very nice to Virgil and Helped him when he had a panic attack. When Logan stopped Volunteering, he did not like the adoption he stayed at, considering nobody liked or wanted him. He ran to Logan's new adress and asked him to stay there and met Patton and has never been happier (more explained on Logan's info)
