Remus's Redemption

(Quick Reminder, Emile is Non Binary)

Remus woke up early at Emile's house again at 7:30 AM, since it was Sunday. Remus walked to Jewel and Jake's room, Emile's siblings at 7 years old each (they are twins). Remus woke them up and they went downstairs. Remus found himself imediantly bonding to them, being a twin as well. He got Frannie, Emile's youngest sibling at 2 years old, and went to make breakfast.

He gave Frannie some yogurt and milk while he did this. Once breakfast was made he had Jewel and Jake wake up Emile to eat. Emile came downstairs 5 minutes later and thanked Remus for such a delicious meal. Emile's parents had been out of town for the week and they needed help with their siblings.

After they all ate, Remus and Emile took their siblings to the park to have some fun. They quickly taught them not to talk to adult strangers that they didn't know. Jewel and Jake ran off and played with some kids that were at the park as well. Remus saw a woman with gray streaks in her hair but looked very young. Remus went to talk to her as Emile watched Frannie.

"You ok?" Remus asked the tired woman. The woman nodded.

"I'm just tired" She said. Remus could tell she was not by the gray streaks in her hair and the forced smile she wore.

"It's fine, I recently got kicked out of the only club I've been accepted into and my brother beat me up so I've been living with my friend for a couple days" Remus saw the woman's face turn from stressed to shock.

"My boyfriend broke up with me and left me with a random baby he had with a girl he was cheating on me with" The woman visibly relaxed, as if she was holding in that story for at least a month.

Remus reassured the woman that life can be like that, cold, seemingly meaningless, but there will be a point where that changes for the better. He reminded her that she will find the one and he was obviously not it. The woman thanked him and got her child with a smile on her face.

Remus walked back to where Emile was and found them tearing up. Emile was proud of what Remus did for that woman and texted Logan about it. Logan sent a video of Patton, Virgil and Deceit encouraging him and giving him tips. Remus was over the moon, but then Emile got a text to go to their front door.

They grabbed Jewel, Jake and Frannie and walked back home. They saw Roman on the front porch with a gift. Roman told Remus how Logan sent him what happened and how Roman is so proud and wanted to give him 2 things. The first thing was his Mother's old cookbook. She had notes on tweaking things to make them better. The second thing was a note that had permission for Remus to move into Emile's house from Emile's parents.

Benny and Janet (Emile's mum and dad) had to move to Chicago for work and wanted Emile to stay with their friends. Emile was kind of sad and happy, their siblings might not even know what was happening. Remus, Emile, Roman, Jewel and Jake all helped Remus move into their house while Logan and Patton watched Frannie.

Remus was happy that he was moving in Emile. They always were happy with him and Remus never wanted them to be stressed. And they needed help with their siblings so it was just perfect.

(5 hours later) (It's 8:30 PM)

Remus put Jewel and Jack to sleep after Frannie fell asleep 1 hour ealier. Emile was very tired so they went to bed. Remus had some melatonin and then fell asleep peacefully knowing everyone is ok and Roman loves him.
