CHAPTER 16

"Hana!" Eunji yelled from the other line, "Suho is..."

"Suho is?" her eyebrow raised as she asked.

"Suho is---Jugyeong... Jugyeong..."

She noticed Eunji's voice is a little shaky.

"Eunji, what's wrong?"

"There's an accident!"

"Jugyeong and Suho?"

"Let's meet at the hospital lobby, I'll wait with the others."

Hana quickly dressed and grabbed her phone and wallet before heading out to meet with the others.

Sua and Chaerin were there when she arrived.

"Where's Eunji?" she asked.

"Here!" Eunji said.

The three of them turned to see Eunji and went straight towards Suho's room.

Eunji knocked on the door and opened it. Eunji saw Jugyeong and Seojun sitting beside each other, attending Suho.

When Hana went to peek at the room, she locked eyes with Seojun. Surprised, she jerked and told the others to go ahead as she needed to use the restroom.

She waited for a few minutes before going out of the restroom, but Seojun followed her.

"Hana," he took a step towards her but Hana's feet kept frozen from where she stands.

"Let's talk."

Hana's eyes squinted, glaring at Seojun. She never looked at him like that for the days they've spent together.

"Hana..."

"You think by talking now, it will change everything I've been through, Seojun?"

"Hana..." he didn't like the way she spoke his name.

"You think you're the only one who's suffering?" a tear escape from her eyes.

"Hana..."

He reached for her face to wipe her tears, but she took a step back.

"Know his pain before you pass on the blame to others."

Seojun watched Hana as she walked away from him.

"His pain?"

Hana was drying her hair when her phone vibrated, it was a text. She ignored it and proceeded in drying her hair. She thought of staying home after renting out new comic books.

After changing clothes and tying her dried hair, she grabbed her wallet and purse before heading out of her apartment. She was walking towards the convenience store to buy some ice cream to fight off the blaring sun.

She was eating her ice cream when she got out of the store when she caught Suho getting inside a car with Seojun already in it.

"Huh? Did those two amended when he was hospitalized?" she asked herself.

She shrugged it off and decided to not take a bus and just walk to the comic book store. Suho told her about this during their little talk when he learned she likes to read horror and thriller stuff.

She looked at her phone for directions and it read 'arrived', she looked up to read the sign above and it is the one Suho mentioned. She entered the shop and saw a lot of variety to choose from.

She scanned one section to another when she bumped into a lady who was checking out the horror and thriller section.

The girl stared at her for a moment and she was confused with her actions. She doesn't look familiar to her, and she's positive she never saw her before.
