Days passed and both Suho and Hana don't know what to do with the ones they like. Jugyeong has been responding to him a little, no not a little, she's been responding to his texts differently. He thought she must've felt uncomfortable with him and Eunji must've passed the news to her about what happened a few days back.
Hana on the other hand, haven't talked to Seojun since that day. She doesn't know what to say and how to initiate, she knew Seojun too well and she's afraid to get rejected as soon as she sends him a little something.
Sua and Jugyeong met after weeks of not seeing each other because of Sua's vacation out of the country. She wanted to meet with Jugyeong to give her her souvenir.
Sua then talked to her about how she noticed Seojun's closeness towards her and how he keeps following her around. She told Jugyeong that he likes her and that she's sure of it but she didn't believe it as she only has her eyes on Suho and sees Seojun as her friend.
"Make him come here. I'm telling you, he's into you." Sua suggested, wanting to convince Jugyeong.
"Do whatever you want, he's not."
Moments later, Seojun arrived, complaining how hard it is for him to find her. But when he saw she's with Sua, he wanted to leave.
Jugyeong let him stay and when Sua left them alone, Seojun kinda felt bad. He thought if he hadn't come, they would have more time to hang out.
"So, what did you call me here for?" he asked.
"Remember that drink you tagged me?"
"What drink?"
"If you would tag me everywhere, at least try to remember all of it!"
"Whatever, let's just order."
The two went to the counter and ordered the drink Seojun wanted to try that he doesn't remember.
"Two strawberry frappuccino in small sizes please," Jugyeong ordered.
"Would you like whipped cream on it?" the cashier asked.
"None for me," Seojun said.
"Looooots of whipped cream on mine, please," her eyes glowed.
Seojun looked at her, "I thought you were in a diet?"
"Just this once!" she said.
"You don't need to diet, you're perfect now," he placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Remember that post?" Jugyeong flinched as she knew exactly what he meant, "we should always cherish the pigs. Pigs don't go on a diet."
Jugyeong groaned and punched Seojun but he just laughed.
"You upset?" he giggled seeing Jugyeong's face frown and becoming red in embarrassment.
After they got their order, they head back to their table and talked a little. When they almost finished their drinks, Seojun started scrolling down on his phone.
"Actually," Jugyeong broke the silence, "since when were you friends with Suho?"
Seojun froze at the question, his mind went back to the events a week ago.
"Hmm, middle school, I guess," he said, not taking his eyes off his phone.
Jugyeong's eyes glow in excitement, "what was he like in middle school?"
Thinking back to that incident, he couldn't help himself but exaggerate what Suho usually is.
Suho went outside Jugyeong's apartment, hoping to build courage to text her to come outside for a while, just to see her face.
He was there for probably half an hour when he saw her walking towards the building. 'She just got home.'
He was watching her when suddenly, he noticed a bigger and taller figure walking closely behind her. It was Seojun.
His brows met in confusion, 'didn't he like Hana?'
He watched them until Jugyeong was inside the building and Seojun walking away, back to his place.
Suho went home thinking about what he saw. When he couldn't sleep, he decided to text Jugyeong, luckily, she's still awake.
"Are you asleep?" he texted her.
"No, not yet. Haha."
He thought her response went back to normal, maybe he was just overthinking things.
"Are you free tomorrow?"
"Yeah. I have to give you back your clothes anyway. I was about to text you."
He remembered the day he watched a ghost movie because of her, but he did enjoy being with her. It was when he let her borrow his cardigan because it was cold when he walked her back to her house.
"Is 2 okay with you?"
"Yeah!"
Gowoon came back home from practice when she was startled by Seojun, sitting in the dark, not moving a muscle.
"Jesus Christ!" she jumped, "what the hell are you doing in the dark?!"
"Huh?" Seojun said, snapping out from his thought, "Oh, you're home."
"You seem a bit off. Something bothering you?" she asked she never saw his brother so troubled like this before.
"Don't worry," he said as he stood up, "it's nothing. Get some rest."
He tapped Gowoon's shoulder gently, "I bought some jelly, they're on the fridge. Have some then get some rest."
Gowoon watched her brother went inside his bedroom, 'something's really wrong,' she concluded.
Seojun's mind played the talk he and Jugyeong had at the cafe, he knew right then she likes him. But every single time he sees Suho and Hana together, it made him feel like there's more to their friendship and seeing Jugyeong getting confused with Suho, he just hated it. And he hated how he can't do anything whenever he's around Hana.
He wanted to be in his place even for once.
