if you're feeling down

if you're reading this letter, you seem to be feeling down. now, i may not know the reason why you're feeling this way, but i do know that it won't last forever.

it may seem like it will, but i promise it won't. and if it seems like there is no reason to be feeling down, just know that this happens to everyone. everyone, at one point or another, feels down for no specific reason. you're not alone, and you never will be.

you have all your friends and family. and you have me. all of the people in your life are there for you if you ever just want to talk. or, if you don't feel like talking, i know that i myself have no problem just sitting with you. i'm sure others feel like that too.

everyone you care about, cares about you too. that's how life is. sometimes, yes, the other people don't feel the same, but that's okay.

my point is, is that if you're feeling down now, it will make you even happier when you don't feel down. it won't last forever.
