if you're reading this, you're feeling stressed. believe me, i've been there. many times. it's not nice.

take some deep breaths. breathe in for 7 seconds through your nose, hold it for 4 seconds and breathe out through your mouth for 8 seconds. it calms you down, trust me.

if you're stressing about school, don't. if its a test, i know you've studied your ass off already. deep breaths. take a break. drink some tea, have a snack. i promise you'll do fine.

if you're stressed over something else, let me be the first to tell you it'll be okay. everything happens for a reason you know. it will work out in the end. it might be messy for a while, but at the end it will be worth it. and if it's not worth it yet, it's not the end.

you have others around you. you have your boyfriend, girlfriends. you have me. no matter what. even if everyone else leaves, you'll have me.
