"Well, now this is awkward..."

All of the blood was drained from my face.
I went pale.
It was one of the Allies, as Luciano calls them.

"A-are you alright, poppet?"
"..."
I rushed out of his bakery.

I couldn't accept food from him, unless I wanted to get kidnapped or poisoned.
I couldn't stay there, his friends could come too.

So I did what I was already doing.
Run, run far away again.

I had the chance to run home.

The chance to be free.

That didn't take me long to decide.
I tried to remember the way to my home.
I was never in this part of town, so I had to figure out how to get to a place that is usually on my way home.

Or I'll just get a cab.
That's the last money I have, a few hundred dollars.
It should be enough.

There was a taxi stand nearby, fortunately.
I walked over to the first cab, opened the door and entered the car.

"Hello, I'd like to get to (home street name)."
The driver hummed in response and started the engine. He wore shades, and I wasn't able to see much of his face, and he wore a cap, but some strands of his blonde hair was hanging out of it.

As he was driving, I leaned my head against the window.
I ran away, ran away from my new friends, I ran away from the other guys who wanted to kidnap me.

The air had a slight hint of something metallic.
I was a little worried.
The driver wasn't female, or else I would've assumed she was on her period.
I didn't have my period.

Curious, I turned my head to take a look at the trunk.
There was something covered in a blanket.
I lifted the blanket slightly.
And what I saw, made me scream.
The driver stopped.

And everything went black.

~Driver's pov~

I knocked her unconscious with my pistol as soon as she noticed what was inside the trunk.
That was the actual cab driver.
Allen beat him up, then I took his cab and waited.

Why did we know that she would come to a taxi stand?
Oliver called.
He said she was just in his bakery before running off, and it also looked like she ran away from the Axis' house.

I parked nearby, got out and threw the cap onto the driver's seat.
Going without Kuma makes me feel a little uncomfortable, but it had to be.
I opened the door to the backseat and got her, carrying her bridal style.

She looked peaceful.
There was some of her messy (h/c) hair covering her face.
You could almost say she looked cute.
I frowned. I didn't have time for this.

After all, she was just a country.

~Flavio's P.O.V~

What a mess!

There are knives sticking out of furniture, walls and even windows!

"Fratellino, what are you-"
I was cut of by a knife almost hitting me.

"Stai zitto!" (Shut up)

It's been three hours since (y/n) ran away.
Lutz, Kuro and Gillen were looking for her everywhere.
But she's gone, and without a trace.

The Allies have her.
And we have no idea where they are.

I adjusted my pink shades.

I heard my brother cursing, and throwing something off his desk.
"Luciano, stop-"

"No! It's always with these fucking allies, they take everything I find away from me!"

"A temper tantrum won't help!", I yelled at him.
He shut up. Looks like my little brother was slightly taken aback.
"It won't bring her back", I continued.
"Do you have any way to locate her?"

He sighed and sat down on his devastated desk.
"There is one..."

~Alfred's pov~

I can't find her.

It's been two weeks, I think.
I miss her dearly.
I always pictured us as the hero and the heroine (Don't do drugs, kids), but I guess things didn't turn out that way.

My attempts to find her were posting on my blog, calling everyone I know and looking for her at her house.

I stared at the controller she always used.
My heart started to ache.
I wanted to confess to her on that prom, but I couldn't.
I was afraid of rejection and afraid of destroying our friendship.

A hero shouldn't be afraid.
I felt miserable, unable to locate my friend, not knowing if she was okay or not.

We've known each other since highschool started.
I've got no one to turn to, because everyone is busy or abroad.

I leaned back in my chair and sighed.
Falling in love as a country sucks.
You're immortal, they're not.

(Y/n) comes from (c/n), but I've never met (c/n).
Come to think of it-

I froze.

(C/n).
Her name is (c/n).
She told me she couldn't remember anything before she started highschool.

Holy shit.

There was a knock on my door.
I got up and answered it.

I never, never expected this person to knock on my door.

"Ciao."
