Uma

I looked around, it was nighttime by now and I hadn't managed to run into Mal or Melody for a bit.

I'd say I was doing pretty good, my plan was solid. I needed to get Mal's spell-book but for some reason my crew was guarding Melody as if her life depended on it.

After the abuse she put me through, I'd say they had a reason to up her security measures.

I noticed that Melody had really bright red hair, and she seemed to hate me a lot. I deduced that she was Ariel's daughter and we were sworn enemies, just like Harry and Peter Pan.

Although my distaste for Mal was greater than any silly fish fight, I paused my thoughts, I heard a creak and immediately drew my sword.

"Who's there?" I asked as the figure in question, moved to attack.

I swiped at them but met nothing but air, my reflexes were quick so they must be very fast.

"Surprise." Before I could parry or anything I was knocked to the ground with a giant thud.

"Get off of me!" I yelled as I wiggled under the person's grip, they chuckled and tightened it causing me to drop my sword.

They sounded feminine,

"I've missed you, Uma." They replied as they picked me up off the ground and set me on my own two feet, deeming this person not as giant of a threat, I put my sword in its holder.

"Who are you?"

"I am you."

"I am, me."

"No sir, you are you."

I screamed in frustration, I was the queen of mind games not this person.

"Who are you?" I asked more forceful this time,

"Calm down, sis. It's not that serious." They mumbled as they approached me, my necklace started to glow to life as the person stepped closer.

"Why is my necklace glowing?" I asked them as they smiled at me,

"Because it recognizes my blood." she replied I stared at the figure as I could make out their features more promptly.

She was very tall, probably 5'10. She had long black hair that stopped at her waist.

Her eyes were hazel, and she held a certain aura but I couldn't place it, she seemed above me. And she was very strong.

"I'm Cyre, your sister." She stared at me smiling to herself, I looked at her and started to laugh.

"I have no sister, mother would've told me." I replied as she sighed at me,

"No she wouldn't, she doesn't like me because of our father."

"Explain supposed sister." I replied again as she smiled giddily before sitting down, I followed suit.

"It all started 20 years ago, our mother, Ursula met our father Adonis."

"Who's Adonis?" I stared at her she rolled her eyes,

"Impatient much? Let me finish."

I nodded and she continued,

"They met in the ocean actually, our mother saved him before ya know she turned cruel. He had fallen into the ocean, he was drunk and couldn't focus on his powers."

"So he's magical?"

"He's a god, the god of chaos and mischief. He's a very dangerous god, he's not to be taken lightly." She replied, I rolled my eyes and motioned for her to continue her story.

"He was drunk because he had just gotten out of a one night stand with a tempting fairy and he was pissed because his brothers spoke down on him again. So to numb his pain he got drunk and walked towards the beach."

"He always loved the water, it calmed him down. So he went out to it and apparently he went too far and struggled to find his footing. He started to drown and because of his intoxicating state he couldn't focus on his powers."

"He called out to anyone near him, our mother answered his call and they fell in love instantly-"

I scoffed, she still continued.

"The gods hate meddling with creatures who aren't of their kind. So they banished our mom and she was doomed to eternal loneliness. That's why she hates us, we have the freedom to love and do what we please."

"That's why she told me love was fatal and how me and Harry would never make it." I gulped coming to the realization that my mother was a heartless shallow due to loneliness.

Spineless nonetheless, "I want my Harry back, I want my best friend back, I want my crew back and my life back." I whispered as my so called sister looked at me.

"I can help you, but first we need to visit our father. He'll be excited to meet you and help cause mischief." She replied as I nodded, I don't trust easily but Cyre somehow made me feel at ease as if she's the pillar of solitude I've needed in my life.

A true older sister, "I'm trusting you. Please don't let me down." I begged as Cyre grabbed my hand and smiled at me.

"I wouldn't dream of it." I clasped her hand and she mumbled a couple of words and before I knew it a white fog engulfed us and we were transported elsewhere.

Mal

What was going on? I felt Uma's presence but I've had yet to actually see her.

Melody and Harry's fake romance has hit an all time high with them being the school's new obsession just like she wanted.

Melody wanted all eyes on her and I hate to say it but with a crazy, unstable but handsome guy like Harry with her. She was getting her way, she was stealing everything Uma built.

Sure I disliked her, sure I was mean to her, sure I bullied her. But I'm working on my past and she is my past.

I looked at my friends,

"What do we do Mal?"

I turned to Evie and shook my head, "Evie, I don't know. We're at a crossroads right now." I stared walking towards Jay.

"We're the original VK's, we have to think of something Mal." Carlos whispered as we all huddled together, "He's not wrong Mal, soon Auradon will think this is our fault."

I pondered that thought, I was supposed to marry Ben soon, would our people really think this would be my last plot of revenge?

Since Uma isn't here, she wouldn't be the cause. And we already knew this was Melody's fault but did the school know?

Were they under her spell too?

"The school needs to be broken out of her spell. But how? I don't know."
