Day 5

I felt numb, not having slept well with the previous day burned into my mind.  I don't know how long I just laid there, trying to comprehend the situation, it was real, no doubt about it but why didn't it feel like it?

The dining hall was quiet many of us hadn't even taken a bite from our food and those who did had more or less forced it down their troths. I stood up and all eyes fell on me.

"I need to clear my mind" I say as I walk out. Aimlessly walking down the halls I soon found myself in the north hall, dragging my hand down the empty wall. I couldn't miss how strange it was that it was a huge portion of it is completely blank, like they just boarded it up and covered it, well I couldn't care less.

As my hand slid along the wall I just felt more trapped and anxious. Going through the locker room I find myself at the pool once more. The pool where Satoko took her final breath. The blue water looked as clean as ever and there wasn't a particle of blood anywhere, like it never happened.

I sat down by the waters edge as I felt the despair fill my head. I had already cried all my tears and all I did was sit there with my knee to my chest. It felt like an eternity passed as the only sound was the waves of the pool. I was snapped out of my miserable thoughts by the school bell.

*ding dong, bing bong*

"This is a school announcement, please gather in the gym at... right now! Anyone who refuse to appear are going to be suitably punished!"

Monokuma wants us in the gym? Why? It hasn't been a day since Satoko and Hakuoh died does he already have a motive planed!? On shaky legs I got up from my sitting position, my head now filled with worry I stepped into the gym once again and soon everyone was gathered. We all looked at each other worriedly.

"Great everyone's here! Well then let's-"
"If it's another motive we won't hear it" Aomi stated with an irritated sigh.
"Motive? Do you want one so badly? Sorry but that's not the reason I summoned you all here, I was just going to say that I'm going to let you all roam a little more freely from now on!" His voice was sickly sweet as he said it in a taunting voice.
"What- what do you mean by that!" Setsuya question he seemed to be thinking out as many possibilities as possible. "I highly doubt you're going to let us out of here so what do you mean?"
"Well since it's your first time clearing a trial I'm going to show you!" He then jumped off the stage and waddled out the door into the hall. Not really having a choice we all started following him at a safe distance.

"Here we are!" He said as we stood in the north hall. Nothing was there. We all looked at him dumbfounded and confused till he clapped his paws and the wall started to open up. I was momentarily blinded by the light that shone through the opening it looked like natural sunlight after a long day staying in with your blinds shut did he let us go outside?

I let my eyes get used to the light and looked through the big windows and glass doors. By the looks of it it is outside but blocked in by walls.
"Well what are you waiting for? Go explore the new areas!" Monokuma said and disappeared. I looked at the others, some had gotten some hope back in their eyes.

"Well I think we should go in groups once again!" Mitsune suggested with a small smile on her face.
"Sounds good to me," Kimiaki agreed.
"Yeah, it'll be safer and no one would make a move if everyone knew who were with who," I was surprise by Takamasus words, well I guess the few times he speaks he speaks the truth...
"Ok let's do this!" Ryoraro exclaimed.

Setsuya and I separated from the group as we all left in our pairs.
"Where to start... Well I guess we can start outside first and go up later" I suggest to him.
"Yeah sounds good to me," he said as we went through the door and we were mediately met with fresh air and a scent of flowers.
