(I am really mad at Abhijit so I am not doing his perspective.)
Nandini dragged me by my stiff arm out of school property. My amulet had started to glow like crazy and I felt like chucking it.
"What in the world happened back there?" I screamed.
"You unleashed your aura." Nandini calmly said.
"My what?!"
I stopped as girl was waiting there eyeing us like the newest fashion. Her shoulder length hair flew in the wind and her brown eyes were filled with excitement.
"This is Gauri. She is an enchantress to." Nandini said.
"Heyyy!" Gauri said.
She looked vaguely familiar. I thought I had seen her somewhere.
She glanced at me and before I knew it she had embraced me in a hug.
"Ria! I was so worried! I thought you were a goner. Oh thank goodness your safe!" she whisper-shouted.

Fire flew down the halls of the old house. The air smelled if smoke and a pillar crashed into the stairs, setting them ablaze. There was a scream. It pierced the air and a glass broke under a table.A very small girl held hands with another and they ran. They ran as If they had nothing to lose. Nothing to leave behind. Nothing at all.
***
The flashback I had was hazily swept away as my arm was uncursed from that freezy spell and it fell to my side.
"Why are you hugging me?" I asked her.
"Do you not remember?" she asked sadly. "I'm your cousin sister."
***
I had a cousin sister? No way. Wouldn't I remember? Wouldn't I look kind of like her.
She was short and had a rounder face. I was tall and my face was longer. She had a little bit of Chinese features. I had Persian.
How?
"Come on. We need to explain Nick said, dragging me towards our favorite tree.
He recited some words under his breath.
A swirl of patterns glowed in front of me and I felt dizzy. The world was spinning and suddenly my feet felt the ground.
I pried myself from the smooth ground. The ground glittered and the grass seemed to glow. I looked at the sky. The moon and sun were high up in the air and the clouds were silver.
My clothes had changed. I was wearing a purple and black body suit and my hair was styled into a high ponytail. I was wearing combat boots. My feet felt like lead and I could barely move. My normal makeup hadn't changed, luckily.
"Where are we?" I asked, bewildered.
"Welcome to Magicae." Nick said.
Just as I had found the courage to speak, a shimmering image formed in front of me.
They were all bowing. Nandini's hair fell in front of her face.
I hesitated, then bowed.
Her curly, blonde hair reached her shoulders and her blue eyes sparkled with kindness. She had a long flowing gown and her feet seemed to disappear in the air, as if she was floating.
"What brings you back guys?" She said in a melodious whisper."You should be watching over the enchantressling."
The what?
