Reyna had been living in central for about three months now, and these last three months have been extremely strange. There was an alien invasion, she saw vigilantes from Star City, and she had been forced to stay with Wally.
They had officially become a couple and she was also really close with Joe and Barry now. She felt like she'd become part of their family in a way, and she was also smiling and laughing more. Like she used to.
"Alright folks, listen up." Singh said, and the precinct quieted down. She glanced up from her computer, curious as to what was gonna happen. "We just got a bomb threat, we need to get down to the parade route, and find that bomb." Everyone suddenly got serious, especially Reyna. She knew more about bombings than most people should, she'd seen more than most people who have her job did, and so she wasn't taking this threat lightly.
She made sure to holster her gun, and put on her CCPD badge. She also made sure she was wearing one of the CCPD ballistic protection vests, standard procedure and all that.
Then she followed Joe to the car and they headed down. She texted Brandon to make sure he informed Lucious that she was not available at all right now and she'd call him when she could handle coming calls.
"Reyna, you good?" Joe asked her, and she nodded. "Yeah, bombings are just something that I'm all too familiar with." He gave her a weird look. She sighed and looked forward.
"Growing up in Gotham, I saw a lot more crime than you do here, despite all the crime Batman stopped, it's still the most crime ridden city on the planet. Then after I moved to Blüdheaven, the crime was just as bad if not worse because they'd never had someone like Batman to protect the people."
Reyna sighed and looked down, "you could say that I've lived through roughly twenty bombings, and seen the aftermath of ten more."
This shocked Joe to his core because this woman was so young and bright that he found it hard imagining her witnessing such horrific things.
Reyna shook her head and looked up again, "we should split up to cover more ground. If anything it could allow us to minimize the damage the bomb causes." She said, purposely ignoring the looks Joe was giving her.

When they got to the parade scene, they all split up to search the area. Reyna chose to keep a close eye on the parade from the rooftops, and it paid off. She spotted someone running across the roofs and to a billboard sign. So she followed them, when she got the chance, she tackled them to the metal landing.
"You're under arrest for attempted bombing." She told the man, as she handcuffed his hands behind his back. However soon froze when all too familiar laughter exited the mans mouth.
"And here I thought this city could use a bit of Gotham decor." At that, she yanked the ski mask off the perps face and was met with the terrifyingly familiar sight of neon green hair and chemically bleached white skin.
"Joker?!? You where in Arkham, what the heck are you doing here?!?" She said in alarm, and the man laughed again. "I wouldn't be concerned about me kiddie, I'd be concerned about the little kiddies I sent down below." Her eyes widened and she pulled out her walkie.
"I've caught the bomber, but he sent suicide bombers. Kids, in the age range of 9-13. They'd be wearing bright red vests, and green pants. You have to find them." She said into the thing, and Joker snarled over the fact she knew what his bombers looked like.
'Grayson, what the hell are you talking about?!?' Her boss asked, and Joker managed to free one of his hands from the cuffs and she gasped as he threw her into the railing. "I'm saying we got an A-list psychopath from Gotham, who won't hesitate to watch this city burn. Because, the bomber is the Joker!" She gasped into her walkie talkie as she suddenly had to roll out of the way of one of his daggers. She dropped her walkie talkie, but could care less.
