Reyna was in their miniature Bat cave below the safe house, and she was using the blood sample she'd just taken from her brother to determine how much work she was gonna need to do to get him awake again.

She'd just finished mixing together the compound that would wake her brother up when she got a phone call, she looked and saw it was from Thea.

"Hi Thea," she said and the girl on the other end growled slightly. 'Don't hi Thea me Reyna, I learned that you got paralyzed from the waist down and you don't even have the decency to tell me where the hell you've disappeared to?!?'

Reyna flinched at her friends words before she sighed, "Thea, I'm sorry that I didn't tell you I was transferred from the hospital. I'm trying to stay under the radar, because they found me."

From the gasp she heard she knew Thea knew what she meant, 'oh my god, Reya, why didn't you tell me?!?' Reyna sighed and wheeled to her brother and injected the liquid into his IV drip.

"I didn't tell you because there's nothing you could do, I'm afraid that I have to do this alone. This is an issue that not even Speedy or Thea Queen can fix," Thea sighed. 'Ok, just, stay safe Reya. I don't want to have to put you six feet under,' Reyna smiled at that.

"I wouldn't dream of it," she noticed her brothers eyes beginning to move under his eyelids and his heart rate began to increase. "I've got to go Thea, but I'll make sure to visit you once this all blows over."

'Ok, and stay safe,' Reyna smiled, "I'll try."

Then she hung up, and as soon as she set down her phone, her brother bolted upright in bed. She looked and paled when she saw his eyes were clouded over, unfocused, that wasn't good.

"Timmy," she said hesitantly, but he freaked and threw her across the cave before he backed as far as he could into a corner and curled up in a ball. Everyone rushed into the cave and were horrified by what they saw, and Reyna saw them about ready to attack her brother but she stopped them.

"No, stop. He's just scared and disoriented, let me do it." They nodded and stood down, but she knew they were ready to pounce at a seconds notice if they felt she was threatened.

Reyna began to drag herself over to Tim, her family wanted to protest, but they knew Reyna was the only person who was able to get through to anyone in their family when they were in that kind of state.

"Tim?" She asked quietly as she got about a meter away, he whimpered and curled in on himself even more. Reyna swallowed her fear and took a shaky breath. "Timmy, it-it's me. Reyna, it's ok. You're safe, we're safe."

She gently said to him, and he looked up at her and everyone saw his eyes clear. "R-Reya?" He asked shakily and Reyna nodded as tears welled in her eyes, "yeah, it's me Timmy."

Tim didn't hold back his tears, how could he? The last time he actually saw his sister was five years ago, when he watched her get shot in the head. Now she was sitting in front of him, broken and alone, but still alive.

"Reya, I'm so sorry. I-I should've been stronger, I-I should've given more of a fight. Now because I was weak and useless, you're paralyzed, and I'm the one who did it. I-I-I'm a monster!"

Tim broke down sobbing, and Reyna felt her heart break at the sight of her caring older brother sobbing in front of her. She managed to pull herself forward more and then prop herself up, though it was hard, she sat up straight and leaned over and gently pulled her brothers hands away from his face.

Tim looked up at her in shock, she gave him a caring smile. "You're not a monster Timmy, I know that. Don't argue with me on this, I'm right, I know that you're not a monster because you're my brother. I love you Timmy," she then pulled him into a hug, and he sat there stunned for a solid thirty seconds before he hugged her tightly and sobbed into her shoulder.
