Fraser shut the door behind him, still shaking with fear. He bundled his hands up together nervously, pulling at his sweater. He felt an arm rest on his shoulder lovingly, attempting to calm him down.

"Hey, it's alright."

Fraser turned to look at the other man before quickly pulling him into a tight hug, resting his head in the other man's shoulder.

"Thank you Jake, I'm so sorry, thank you so much." He rambled anxiously. Jake smiled lightly, rubbing his back as he reciprocated the hug.

"I'm always here for you, okay? Just calm down and breathe, yeah?" Jake whispered, pulling back from the hug to rest his hand on Fraser's shuddering chest. Fraser nodded, but still couldn't quite slow his breathing, stressing himself further. Jake only smiled sadly in response.

"S'okay love, just copy mine." He whispered calmly, resting Fraser's palm on his chest and inhaling a large breath. Fraser copied, and exhaled at the same time. After a few moments, Fraser managed to calm his breathing, which eventually calmed himself down.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled sheepishly, pulling his hand away from Jake's chest. Jake grabbed a hold of his hand, rubbing the back of it with his thumb.

"There's nothing to apologise for." He promised. "Now, let's go upstairs and get some sleep, okay?"
