Chapter 7

Emma's POV
I think I'm almost at the prison. I can hardly walk. And the sun is coming up so it has taken me 12 hours to walk about 5 miles.

Luckily I recognized where I was or else
I would be completely lost.

I wonder if anybody noticed I was gone. Did Carl make it back? Are they looking for us right now?

So many thoughts he through my mind.

Then I hear sticks cracking behind me.

I turn around to see a huge walker.

I can't kill it, and I can hardly walk.

I try running but I physically can't do it.

The walker is gaining on me and I'm getting lightheaded.

A Tree branch sticks into my side and I scream in pain.

Carl's POV

"I do not know where she is!" I tell the group. Emma never came back so we are looking for her.

Then all the sudden we hear a loud, piercing scream that sounds extremely close.

The group starts running in the direction of the scream.

I hope she isn't dead. If she was Daryl would crush me.

We get to the source and there is a knocked out girl on the ground. wWe can't see who she is, He face is puffy and covered with blood.

I hear footsteps behind me and I quickly turn around to find a huge walker. I immediately shoot it.

"Is that her?" My dad asks Daryl.

"I-I don't know" He says trying to get a better look, "She has either brown or red hair. But it's covered with blood. I hope it's not her, If it is then someone is gonna die".

I hope he isn't talking about me.

"Let's bring her back. Maybe she will wake up soon." Glenn suggests.

"Mkay" Daryl says and picks up the girl.

I notice she has a mark on her shoulder. In the place of where Emma's katana strap goes. My stomach drops to my feet. It's her.

"Guys" I say getting everyone's attention, "it's her."

"How do you know" Daryl says.

"See this mark on her shoulder" I walk up and point to it, "that's a burn of where her katana strap usually is".

Daryl's face drops and we all start running back to the prison.
