Chapter 6: Home

*flashback to a week before*

Lisa POV:

I need to tell someone about this I can't just try to forget about it, I've missed the time of the month and my minds going crazy I'm on my way to Jessie's since Shane's out today. I need to speak to her now. I knock on Jessie's door and she embraces me in a hug as soon as I walk in.

Jessie: "how've you been, you sounded kinda worried on the phone." we sit down on her couch

Lisa: "oh, I just needed to talk to my best friend" Oh no, she's going to know something's wrong now

Jessie: "Lisa... You've never said anything like that before what up" she noticed, I take a deep breath hoping it will calm Mr down

Lisa: "ummm.... Well......"

Jessie: "just tell me already Lisa"

Lisa: "I'm scared Jess"

Jessie: "why what's up"

Lisa: "well a couple months back you remember that me and Shane went away right"

Jessie: "yeah"

Lisa: "well, I didn't take my pill because I totally forgot cause we were having such a good time on holiday."

Jessie: "does that mean what I think it does."

Lisa: "maybe..... I've not done the test yet."

Jessie: "Omg congrats Lisa Why are you worried and why haven't you done the test yet."

Lisa: "because I'm worried if I do it and I am then Shane might leave me."

Jessie: "Lisa" she gives out a sigh "Shane's never going to leave you and especially not over that why would you think he doesn't want kids."

Lisa: "because works great together, we don't know any different and if we have a kid we won't work together, which might cause us to drift apart and I don't want that I love him so much."

Jessie: "you'll work something out you two always have after the years you've been together and the drama you two have been through to be together a little child is not going to effect that." I give Jessica a hug, we hug for a couple seconds then we break apart

Lisa: "thank you Jess, I really needed this talk, it's calmed me down, but I'm still wondering how to break it to him, I'll just think about it." My phone goes off in my pocket I guess it's Shane

Jessie: "we've been friends for a long time and we'll always be here for each other right"

Lisa: "right well, I gotta go I'll see how it goes, I might tell Shane later on and text you how it goes." I give Jess another hug then leave her house

*flashback ends present day*

Shane's POV:

She looks down at her hand and twiddles her thumbs, I grab her face and we kiss passionately I feel her become calm and relaxed. I pull away and notice she is smiling, "I love you so much"

Lisa: "you're not angry or just scared" I give her a weird look

Shane: "no way would I be I love you no matter what and if you're pregnant, it will only make me love you even more" she smiles and we share another kiss

Lisa: "stop kissing me, you still have bits of blood on your face" we both laugh I go to kiss her again but instead she wipes the dry blood off my face

Shane: "well how do I look" I do the pouty lip

Lisa: "well... As cute as you're your face is a little puffed one min" she walks off to one of the officers that passes her something and she walks back to me "here" she applies an ice pack to my face which stings but only for a second
