I didn't have time to look at my stats, nor did I even care about that right now as my vision was going black, but there was one thing that I had to say about my evolution paths.

'Okay maybe I killed a few caterpillars, but whats up with the names, almost makes me seem like I killed 100 of them.............................................................................oh yeah ._.'

'Shi..t I don't got time for th-' My wormy vision was about to go black and I thought to the system/ blurted out randomly 'D..ark Wo..rm'

'Are You Sure?, you will lose your parasite abilities' said the mechanically voice as usual

'DA..MN IT..... YES!' I said with the rest of my strength in my mind before I blacked out  not knowing whether or not if I would ever wake up again

3 Days Later

I woke up and the first thing I saw was...................................................................dirt

(._.)  of course this was what I expected. but the thing that surprised me was no mere dirt, but rather what the hell was inside it!

'Its a......another WORM!' I was quite happy to finally see another one of my race, and to make it better he looked like me when I was a carnivorous worm

but then

it tried to eat me.......

'Uh..... what the hell are you doing, hey, hey, hey ,STOP!' and so I used [Discharge] to get rid of him, or so I thought because it was in this moment that I realized that not only did I loose my parasite abilities, but also [Discharge] and [Blood Drain] 

'SHIT!' I wiggled my way from his attack which by the way was super slow?

'Huh....................................................' It was here that I realized that he was DEAD!

'How?' I was really curious, so I of course like a normal person, I wiggled away.

What? you think I'm a psychopath or something? Who the hell goes to potential danger?

Not I for I am smart and have a brain. 

I of course didn't look back and got the hell out of there real quick?

'Huh.....................................' Wait, why does it feel like I am going really fast

I looked down and was terrified when I realized the weird dark shit coming from out of my body!

'Ah, I must be a spirit, wait what the hell that guy tried to attack me, so I must be alive right? Wait hold on a sec' It was then I realized I was an idiot and played myself because earlier I said I had a brain when clearly I choose Dark Worm as my evolution, but

completely forgot.

'Cough..... Ha I knew all along' 

'I swear...... I knew' (.-.)

after being an idiot I now decided to continue moving forward through the forest and this time

not fall into some random ass hole in the ground.

Looking up I could see the bright sky and the trees swaying in the wind, looking down I could see

dirt.

'I swear if I ever see that damn Butterfly again, I'll murder it' i said this, but knew that the butterfly would fucking destroy me if I tried to fight it again.

At least for now maybe.

"Chirp, Chirp, Chirp" It was at this moment I heard a bunch of birds and happened to look up and see,

I don't know a good 20........ 'wait' 

I bird swooped down and tried to eat me, and like always I was scared as hell and was about to dig a hole, but how could I dodge a bird so fast?

and so it was about to reach me when

a dark spear stabbed through its heart

'Level 2/50' said the mechanical voice 

'I guess it tells when you level up now cool, wait that is not the biggest problem here, where did that dark spear come from'

then I looked down and thought about how I leveled up when it died and then I realized,

'Oh my, HAHAHAHA' I started laughing about my newly obtained POWER!
