Chapter 4 A New Home?

A/N Hello, and welcome to another one of these things were I talk to myself, but plot twist, I won't today because i'm on a grind to actually do something useful.

*Drip,Drip,Drip* 'Man rain is pretty relaxing', about another hour after killing and eating the 2 caterpillars it began to rain, thus I took shelter in a hole I made in the ground. The area I am in now is a more dense forest, which made me realize something.

'I'm really going in a bad direction', normally when someone goes deeper in a forest they find extremely dangerous things, and so I feared I might run into one of these things and of course, die.............................

However the problem is that I haven't seen any signs of life other than the trees, thus it didn't really help the problem I was facing, 'Where the hell is everything, this is scary.......' I really hate not seeing anything, especially since I don't know anything about this world, so now my mind is left to think about all the scary things that could be out there.

Anyway enough of the bad thoughts, I should probably do something to keep my mind off of it, but for now at least, although it's scary not knowing whats out there, lets make this place my New Home....... for now at least. 'Hmm, the rain stopped'

*poking head out sound* Okay, the area looks safe now lets observe the area a litt- 'Oh, that's normal, just a bunch of dead caterpillars, lets see 1,2,3,4,... 10', well free food right?

Inside my head everything is telling me to run, but atlas I can only wiggle my way out if danger comes, so for now lets just *slowly approaches caterpillar*, mk I made it this far now lets, ........................................... Oi......................did it just twitch.

I look at the caterpillar to see that it had 2 holes in it's neck as if something had bitten into it with it's jaws, but the bit mark was the only noticeable thing, but after getting closer I could now tell that the caterpillar wasn't dead, but paralysed and had a thin web sorta thing on it.................................................................wait, paralysed and webbed.........................................................................................no it couldn't be..................................................................................................shit

There is only one creature that could do such a thing, a 'S-sssss SPIDER!', I never have liked insects (A/N I know a spider isn't an insect) and have always feared them, which people would laugh at me for, but now in this small world of the insects, even with teeth, I was still near the bottom of the insect food chain.

'I feel like something is behind me...... please no.........'

'Passive skill [Danger Sense Lvl 1] gained' said the mechanical voice, 'Wait I thought that it wouldn't tell me if I got a new skill or title, and whats with the danger sense thing! it scares me more about whats behind me!'

'Okay then lets-' *Starts wiggling away furiously*, *Spider Stares* ,RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, its too scary to fight, like why the hell would a spider not only be blue, but have 16 LEGS!, PLUS THAT THING ISN'T A BABY AT ALL, IT'S LIKE 3 FEET.

'Oh hey looks like I, barley moved 3 inches........' , wait a sec, it isn't attackin- shit

The spider shoots a web at me...... 'Hole, dig, NOW!' I dig a hole at a speeds that all other worms would be jealous of, at least in my previous world, that is to dig a hole and go underground, okay I don't have much time to think before it strikes again, but although I don't want to, the only way to beat this spider is to use [Parasite], or I could just bite it 6 times, but there is no way that will happen.

'Lets first get under the spide-' 4 legs of the spider pierce down into the hole, but because its deeper than the legs can go, I survive, 'Shit, that was too close, but now its above me', I don't really want to do this, but LETS GO YOU DAMN SPIDER!

I begin to dig a hole to where I believe the head is right above and get ready to strike, 'Remember, no matter where I strike, it should do some damage, damn, this is so scary, strike the moment it strikes again' after that the spider strikes the ground again and I dig out from the ground and see one of its eyes when I pop out and then I use [Bite] to grip then eye and right when i'm about to use [Parasite] to start digging in, it uses it's skill [Discharge] to stun me off.

The spider begins the angrily chomp its jaws, as one of it's eyes is gone, while I am paralysed......... 'Damn it' , I try to move my body, but can't move any part of my body. 'This is bad, I need to get underground and do it again, check it's stats-'
