Chapter 2

Echo POV

"Well as you all know my name is Echo, I'm not going to be asking respect from any of you so don't go treating me like royalty or something like that. That being said I do expect you to follow my orders and speak up if you don't like something." I say looking at all of them. I had 2 girls and 4 guys.

"That's alright, my name is Mika." Says the girl with light purple hair with a smile on her lips. She's certainly cheery.

"I'm Hana." Said the second girl she seems wise.

"Kaito." Now this dude seems like he's gonna give me a bit of trouble.

"Subaru." This one too.

"I'm Akashi, I look forward to working with you." The one with the red hair says, he seems like the type to think things through.

"I guess that leaves me, I'm Ryou." The last one says, he seems like the type to bring the unexpected somehow.

"Very well unlike the rest of the heroes who probably plan on staying here I don't. So don't expect me to stay just here for the waves. I'll need some armor first, does anyone know of a place I could buy something?" I ask Ryou stepped up.

"I know of a place. If you'll follow me." He says and I nodded letting him lead as they all made small talk and soon we were at a weapon shop finding Naofumi there.

"Oh hey." I say smiling at him.

"Hi. So you're here for armor too?" He asks and I nod.

"Then you came to the right place miss. What can I get you?" The man in charge asked making me think.

"Hm, how about something black with a hood. Something a hero wouldn't exactly wear." I say making him chuckle.

"I may have something." He says going to the back and coming back with a black cloak and boots with some black shorts.

"Try it on." He says and I do happily coming out smiling.

"I love it! How much for it?" I ask.

"Well assuming you're a hero, I'll give the whole outfit to you for only 150 silver." He says making me smile and nod.

"I'll take it." I say handing him the money.

"I'll see you later Naofumi, and don't forget what I said!" I say waving bye at him as I walk out to my party.

"Now let's go, I'm sure the others already took easy sports to train and I'm still to find out how these chains work as weapons. So does anyone know of a place where we could train and level up?" I ask as we started walking.

"Well we may know of a place." Subaru says making me raise a brow.

"We go there a lot and not much people know about it but it's full of monsters." Kaito says smirking.

"Hm, fine. Lead the way." I say.

So we got some training and we leveled up quite quickly. I figured out how to use the chains and turns out this is the best weapon ever! With each level up I got a new chain with a different use. Some were defence and some were attacking and even restraints.

In the end we all decided to stay the night in the woods with the two white haired guys keeping watch the night. Next morning there were some rumors about Naofumi trying to rape a woman which I knew was a lie. I make my way inside the castle to the throne room slamming the doors open with a glare.

"It happened last night, the shield hero forced himself into my room stinking drunk. He grabbed me and pinned me down. He said something like the night is still young. And then the next thing I knew he was tearing all my cloth off. Somehow I managed to escape, I ran down the hall for help, I found sir Motoyasu who happened to be staying in the same inn." I grit my teeth.

"If she hadn't asked me to wait till dawn and call the knights I would've gladly cut you down myself." I clench my fists.

"What are you talking about? I went straight to bed after dinner last night and I don't drink. Wait that's my chain male you're wearing. You thieving basterd give it back!" Naofumi yelled.

"Who are you calling a thief? Myne gave this armor to me when I met her at the pob yesterday." I had enough.

"What proof do you have of all this?" I ask speaking loud and clear causing everyone to look at me.

"Proof?! He forced himself on me!" She yells with tears in her eyes from behind the spear hero.

"Really? I don't remember you having that armor on yesterday when I saw you but I did see Naofumi wearing the one the spear jerk is wearing and I'm willing to bet he bought that armor you're wearing for you. If you truly went through something like this the last thing you'd want is to wear a gift he gave you." I say glaring at her.

"That was my first point, second, this one is for you spear hero. Did you check her room?" I ask tilting my head.

"Wha-what?" He asked.

"I asked if you checked her room, don't tell me you're dumb enough to believe someone like her. She's an amazing actor that's for sure, but if you wouldn't have been thinking about how pretty she is then maybe you would've thought to check her room, why?" I ask getting closer to them.

"If he was truly to have been that drunk as for her to actually be able to get away he would've probably passed out in her room if he didn't follow her. Why do you think she told you to wait till dawn? Why would she do that instead of taking him red handed? Why wait?" I ask glaring at him.

"That's enough! You have no say in this. You weren't even there." She says making me chuckle.

"I'll tell you now I hate people like you. No matter if they believe you I know he didn't do it. Something else, he would've been hangover if he really got drunk or.." I say turning and walking towards Maofumi and sniffing him.

"He would smell of alcohol too since I'm sure you didn't give him a chance to shower before you brought him here. And he doesn't." I say glaring at her.

"We found this on his bed when we made a serch of his room." I turn to look at one of the knights to see a purple lingerie shirt.. why would she even wear that.. and his room? Why would it be there if she claimed he came into her room?

"You animal!"

"The proof seems rather undeniable." The king says.

"How so?! That thing wasn't there when I woke up!" I sigh.

"You found this in his room?" I ask raising a brow.

"Yes miss Echo." I roll my eyes.

"She claimed this happened in her room how did this get to his room?" I ask. This is getting ridiculous people will believe everything they hear!

"He probably took it with him and finish jerking off with it!" I sigh.

"Alright then was there any sign of semen on it or anywhere in the room? In fact to be able to do something like that would certainly leave marks on her and I don't see any from here." I say.

"There's no need for such things! There's no denying what he did!" I felt my insides burn. This is unjust, unfair, he never asked for this!
