A week later Raghav came back to me alone. He told me that the Master had called back with details of the 5 instalments of the full exit, apparently that huge 25,000 payment was only a partial exit. And a partial exit was very dangerous, as it would lead to the killing of us both. I couldn't believe him. "This must be a mistake, are you sure the master said that", I asked. Raghav seemed pretty sure of it, but he got back to his meditative posture and called the master a second time. "It's confirmed, he said, in a voice of slight dismay. "Ok", I answered, "how many days do I have?", "it's not like I have the money with me right now".

Raghav reverted back to his stooped pose with both his hands on his head and eyes closed. "You have 4 days to pay the money", he said. "And if I don't pay, we both die right", I replied.

"Yes", he answered. The game was on. "So we really need the money, right", I confirmed. "You said that the money could come from anyone, I can rob anyone I want".

"Are you stupid!", he answered. "You'll get caught if you steal", he continued.

"Still they're not gonna kill us, and the master will", I pointed. "I would be better at this than you think if its really as important as the master says".

"It is even more important than you think, but don't steal, you will be caught for sure"

"You will find a way though", that old phone you have, sell it for at least 4000, 2000 rupees is not enough.

"Come on", I exclaimed. "This is easier than you think", Raghav said.

I thought of this for the next few days. My face frowned out, as I listed my meagre options in despair. In between I revisited Raghav. He noticed I had a contact of this girl named Harshita and told me he liked her and that I should introduce her to him.

The next day, I met my friend Ram Sharan, the manager of the University mess. "That phone which I said I will sell for 2000, it is 4000 rupees now", I told him.

"Why did it suddenly get so expensive", he asked, "Yesterday you told me that 2000 rupees was a good price", he stated. These last few days I could see that you were under a lot of stress.

I was still scared of the magic, but days ago, I had decided that I was not gonna pay Raghav any more money. Prepared for death, I said, "This guy is asking me for 5000 rupees, and he says I have to give it.

"Why would he be asking that", he questioned. I was still unprepared to tell him about the black magic. "He says he needs to give it to someone, and if I don't give it we both will die".

"Who would that be", he demanded. I replied, "well there is this guy that teaches both of us black magic, and that is his fee". Saying that put me on my nerves, I felt like my life was on the line.

"That friend of yours is a very bad guy", answered the manager, "call him here and I will beat him up".

"But this is a big guy", I answered. "He is really strong and can beat you up back", I answered back. "It doesn't matter, I have my spatula, I will hit him so hard that he will never forget, and I will make him vomit up the money".

I wasn't quite sure this was wat I wanted, and knew for a fact that it wouldn't refund any of my money, and I was sure the manager would get in trouble. I told him I would handle him myself.

I had to confide in someone, some really trusted friend, after a bit, I decided that tis friend would be Shashwat Dhawan, a guy that had some kinks, but I knew to be trustworthy. I managed to find him in the campus. "Shashwat, this is really important, I have to tell you".
