A few days had passed since Headsets had taken to you to Moray Towers and you've been thinking about her none stop since.

You still didn't know much about her, despite all she said. You wondered if she might have anything to do with the Squidbeak splatoon that you heard about. But you had no idea.

You were just relaxing at home, doing nothing. Your phone buzzed and you saw that Headsets had texted you.

'You awake yet?' In truth, you weren't normally awake at this time of day, but she kept you awake.

'Yeah. Why?' You sent back and quickly got a response.

'Just checking. I placed a trail of beacons that will lead you somewhere. Follow them. I'll be waiting~'

'Hm alright.' You sighed and got out of bed. You never knew what she was planning but usually just went with it. You stepped outside and immediately found a beacon just outside your door. You then spotted one on a building near by.

You smiled to yourself, seeing the small 'H' on the beacon. You super jumped to the next beacon and immediately saw another one on the next building.

You kept going, jumping from beacon to beacon. You soon found yourself at the edge of inkopalis. You saw a beacon at the edge of a forest that was near by and jumped to it.

You saw a trail of beacons in the forest and followed them, starting to get curious about what your friend was planning. You were a bit scared to find out, but you kept going.

You stopped in a clearing where the last beacon was. You saw a treehouse in a large tree and wondered if this was a place Headsets hung out in.

"Boo!" Headsets jumped out from a tree, landing behind you and scaring the crap out of you. She laughed as you screamed and jumped back.

"N-not funny, H!" You yelled, you face turning a light pink with blush.

"Hehe. I couldn't help myself. Anyway, welcome to my home." She motioned to the treehouse, witch confused you.

"You live here?"

"Yup. I don't like the crowded city. I rather the quiet out here."

"Says the girl who always has music blasting in her headsets."

"... fair enough." She said as she climbed into the treehouse then extended her hand to you to help you get in.

You looked around the one room treehouse. There was a bed, a desk filled with papers, pencils and other supplies, a large shelved completely filled with books, a bean bag chair and some other things.

She sat down on the bed and sighed. You sat on the bean bag and it was pretty comfortable. It was soft, purple and pretty big.

"So, why did you want me to come here?" You asked, watching as she adjusted her headsets on her head.

"No reason in particular. Just wanted to hang out and come up with a reason to get you out of bed. Do you have plans for today?"

"No mot really. I wanted to play the new game I got. And you?"

"Mostly training. Gotta stay in shape and stuff. You never know what may happen."

"What do you mean by that?" You looked at her. She had a slightly more serious look on her face.

"Nothing. Anyway, have you played the game I lent you yet?"

"No. It's still in my bag. I forgot." You took out the game from you bag. 'Undertale'. She had said it was her favourite game ever.

"Then let's play it now! I'll teach you."

"But you don't have a tv. Or a console for that matter. How do you even play it?" She smirked and snapped. As she did, a tv and a console appeared, made of ink. Her ability was truly amazing to you.

"Wow! Your power must be useful in everyday life, huh?" You said sitting up to turn on the game.

"Hm...I try not to use it too much. But yeah. I suppose." She picked up the controller and started the game.

You took turns playing, doing the 'Pacifist Route'. The music was incredible and it was pretty fun. At moments you would laugh at jokes or start to get nervous in a battle.

"Come on! I was so close to beating him..." pouted Headsets as she lost to the fluffy goat king, Asgore.

"Yeah but you aren't fighting back."

"That's the point of a PACIFIST route. No killing. I like it that way. They deserve their happy ending."

"Who's your favourite character? And favourite song?"

"Sans for sure. I just love his puns. As for song...I can't pick. I love Megalovania but Hopes and Dreams is also really good though you haven't heard it yet. There's also Ghost Fight and Heartache. Arg there are too many! What about you?"

"Hm...not sure. I like a lot of them." She checked the time as she spoke.

"Oh crap! I forgot! I promised I'd help her today! Ah I gotta go! I'll be back later. Stay for as long as you want!" She said as she jumped out of the treehouse and left. You sighed and continued to play the game.

After dying multiple times, you decided to take a break. You walked over to the book shelf and looked at some of the books. Most of them were manga or comic books. Some of them were chapter books but not many. Pretty much all of them were fiction though.

You then went to her desk. There were some drawings of you and a few inklings you didn't recognize. You blushed seeing how good the drawing of you was. You then noticed some files.

"Test number: Unknown. Subject name: Oct. 1. Test: battle arena against an Octo Stomp. Results: subject quickly finished the fight without much effort. Her movements were stiff but fast and strong. She's getting better, even while hurt. We made her fight octolings at the same time, but she was able to beat both the octolings and Octo Stomp at the same time...." you read out loud. Were these files about the experiments she mentioned? You continued to read but stopped once they got a bit too dark for you. Not that any of them weren't dark. It Pained you to read some of them, reading about what she had gone threw.

"I'm back!" You heard her yell as she got into the treehouse. You quickly looked at her and put away the files, hoping she hadn't seen you reading them. You weren't fast enough. You saw her look at the files the at you.

"S-Sorry, H....I didn't mean to look at anything personal...." you looked down, ashamed to have read them without permission. You felt her hand on your cheek to make you look at her. You blushed as she touched you.

"Hey, it's alright, Y/N. Don't sweat it. You never need to worry about me getting mad at you for being curious. Plus it saves me from talking about it." She gently smiled and you hugged her tightly. She hesitated for a moment before hugging you back.

"Hey, H?"

"Yeah?"

"Would.... it be weird for me to ask you to come meet my family in two days? They're coming to my place to visit and I want them to meet you...."

She was slightly surprised by the question. "Uh yeah sure. I don't see why not."

"Alright." You smiled and soon left to go home. You were a bit nervous about your parents meeting her but had a feeling it would all turn out ok.
