After dressing, the duo walked down to the inn's indoor resturant/bar. The floor was packed with people, and the entire place seemed to be in a jovial mood. The girls, who were hopin to slip by unnoticed, were immediately spotted and pointed out. The room fell silent, before the crowd began to toast to their new neighbors. Gossip did travel far in frontier towns. Laughter began to fill the air again as the duo greeted as many people as possible, laughing alongside them. The building slowly calmed down, as the Lady of The Inn stood up on her counter and called to attention."Ladies, Gentlemen, and those whom reside between or far away, may I propose today a welcoming party to our new guests!" She bent down to the duo. "What's y'alls names" she whispered. They quietly introduced themselves.

"These fine ladies, Hazel and Eleanor! Drinks are on the house fellas!"

And once again it got loud. Eleanor was a bit worried though" Ma'am, isn't it a bit early to be a'brewing?". The Lady of The House shook her head and muttered something angrily to herself, before turning back and smiling "Sorry girls, this is an alcohol-free zone." She jumped off her counter and brushed off her apron." My name is Margarita,I'm the innkeeper slash barista of this place! Thing is, many people east or up north believe that the frontier is all rough housing and booze, and I'm here to change that! The biggest target of fights are bars, so instead of alcohol, I sell coffee, and make a damn good brew too! Pleasure to meet y'all" Hazel and Eleanor thought it was extremely ironic that a girl named after a liquor wouldn't run a bar, but they weren't ones to comment on such things. But it was inspiring that she wanted to break possibly damaging stereotypes.

After having a hearty breakfast, Margarita had told them that usually, the three ranchers on the north side of Erpiari would have already been helping them move in by now, being the opportunistic bunch they are "They should have visited already, but they're suspiciously sleeping in. They're a bit of a lazy bunch, sure. But atleast one of them should have been in town already." Writing it off however, Margarita excitedly said that maybe the sheriffs would help instead. The girls look at each other, clearly thinking back to the other day with the helpful co-sheriff. They thank the Barista for the advice and stride out as they were pointed in the direction of the police station.

As the girls walked across the town square, past all the street vendors and whispering gossips, they couldn't help but think how entirely peaceful the entire ordeal was. Although they were a little dissapointed to find that compared to the major legal building, the police station looked more like something from a backwater town that either had the most crime, or the least. The girls had barely knocked on the doors to the rickety shack, before a lean bird bolted out with the longest two legs they've seen on one, with the Co-Sheriff from before, and a taller man with curly hair(presumably the actual sheriff) following in close pursuit. The force knocks both Hazel and Eleanor to the ground and the vision of the sheriffs are soon blocked when a frenzy of people run to shelter.

Ones with a troublesome amount of curiousity the girls, struggling, followed behind.
