~Zak's POV~

"It is....Darryl"

That's the last words I said to my family before everything went black. Next thing I knew Darryl was running through the woods with me in his arms.

"Zak it's going to be okay, it's not that bad" Darryl says, although I can tell he is lying by the worried look on his face.

~2 hours later~

I wake up, and my head is pounding. I look around but can't find Darryl anywhere.

"DARRYL!? DARRYL WHERE ARE YOU!?" I shouted in panic

"Shhhh it's okay Zak I'm here." He comes out from behind a tree and kneels down. "The swelling has gone down a lot, let's hope it says that way.

"Darryl...what happened? All I can remember is telling everyone that I love you."

"Your dad he...he hit you on the head with his bottle"

"Oh my god, he hates me! I have to go home!" I say shooting up to fast, causing me to wince in pain.

"Zak please don't go." Darryl says while grabbing my hand. "I don't want them to hurt you anymore."

"Darryl I have to- my family would kill me!""Then let's ditch them Zak! Let's ditch our kingdoms and run away together. We won't ever have to look back. It'll just be you and me, no one will be there to tell us what we can and can't do."

"Darryl you're crazy....and I love it. Let's do it."

Darryl helps me up and we start heading far away from the place we once called home.

And so with that, Darryl and Zak start their new journey together, and they couldn't be happier.

Alright yeah I know this is like 5 months late and I doubt anyone would be reading this but it's fine. Sorry for not finishing it off sooner, and this will probably be the last skephalo story I will ever write. Also sorry that it's so short I barely remember what was going on lol.
