Chapter 13

~3rd person P.O.V~

Shyera walked up to her room shaking her head, there was absolutely too much drama going on in this town, as she got into the room, she locked the door and walked straight into the bathroom to wash her face. She washed her face and walked out, she glanced only to see...

"A minion!" She screeched happily, went and look at it and a little note found it's way onto her bed, she looked at in slick cursive was written,

'Found it, my gift to you, you can thank me later -Klaus'

When she read this, she instantly pulled out her phone and searched through her contacts for him. 

~Nik's P.O.V~

My phone started buzzing and I instantly answered it without checking the caller I.D

'He-' I was interrupted by a voice screaming through the phone, 'thank you, thank you, thank you!'

'I see you've received my token' I said as I chuckled 'well obviously, it's freaking huge! I'm surprised I actually missed it when I walked into the room! I'm so clueless!'

'Now, love, you aren't clueless. Did you like it?'

'Like it? Nik, I love it! It's the bestest gift ever!'

 I couldn't help but think that was absolutely adorable, 'glad to see you did'

'How did you even find it? I've been looking for one for ages! And you just randomly come and give me a three foot huge one!'

'Well I do know quite a few people, and they organised it for you'

'So other people found this for me? I should be thanking them then!'

I didn't know why but I felt a pang of jealousy in my chest, why? I have absolutely no clue. 'But without me they wouldn't have even thought to get this thing' I instantly retorted.

'Aww, did someone catch feelings? Don't worry, I'm going to thank you and you only. You are the one who got me this amazingly awesome gift'

I was dumbstruck, I had no idea what to say to that, what was with me today?

'Okay. Now you're on speaker phone and I'm playing some music so we can talk while I enjoy my music' 

'Isn't my company good enough?'

'Why of course it is, I just want to listen, you know I actually really like talking to you' She stopped abruptly as if she said something she wasn't supposed to.

'That's funny because I actually really like talking to you too' I quoted

'Shut up' she snorted.

I chuckled 'Alright, alright' soon a song started blaring from very powerful speakers and Shyera's voice, along with the singers, filled the room I was in.

'Baby I'm preying on you tonight, hunt you down eat you alive just like animals, animals like animals, maybe you think that you can hide I can smell your scent from miles just like animals, animals, like animals. I listened to her until she stopped singing, and that was when the song was over. I was speechless when I heard her sing, she was vocally gifted. 'You have an amazing voice, love'
