The Odd Twin Out

Chapter 8

It has been a week and a half since the ritual, but I still remember the mess I woke up to. 

Flashback

When I woke up I was laying in my room at Sheila's house. Before I finished training, the ancestors said that my hair would show the element I was most proficient in. My hair had these bright red highlights and I noticed that Sheila made sure they would be more pronounced than anything. Sheila helped me adjust and then explained what was going on. Damon threatened Sheila with killing Bonnie and her dad if the Bennett women didn't help open up the cave where 27 vampire were desiccated. I already knew what Sheila was going to do. Sheila actually spoke with Emily to try to figure out what to do. Emily Bennett said that Katherine had betrayed her and there was two others in the tomb that should be freed, a woman named Pearl and an associate of hers. I needed to track down a girl named Anna. She was Pearl's daughter. Emily said that as long as I helped and the others didn't escape then there would be no punishment for Sheila. I would do whatever it took to help Sheila even if it meant having to deal with the Salvatore's. I called my brother and he told how he and Vicky broke up but were still going to be friends. They were both doing better in school and stopped doing drugs. Jeremy was now dating Anna and agreed to introduce me.  I went home and noticed Damon and Stefan's cars outside. Damon was talking about what else needed to happen in order to get Katherine. Jeremy and Anna were sitting as far away from Damon as one can get without leaving the room. 

"Well,well,well... who decided to start the party without me?" I said 

Needless to stay the surprised and horror stuck looks on the Scooby gang's faces were priceless.

"Who called you?" Damon sneered 

"Oh hold on I have a gift for you with a message."

I sent Damon to his knees in sheer agony.

"Sheila said the next time you threaten Bonnie I had her permission to not only kill you but to kill your brother as well.  Understand?"

"Fine. I just needed to get her attention anyway."

"Smart decision." 

I went from evil to smiley in a complete 360.

"So this must be Anna. You be good to my brother or I will make sure you become ashes else where." I said Anna paled slightly and nodded 

Jeremy groaned and covered his face. "LORA!"

"I am only doing my job as your favorite big sister." 

I created a note to appear in Jeremy and Anna's pockets to explain what was going to happen. 

"Now to make things easier on Sheila we will open up the cavern on the next full moon. For two minutes you will go get your girl and come out. If you are not out within those two minutes then you will die in there with the rest of them." I said 

"Fine."

"So you'll be helping Sheila then?" Stefan asked 

"Of course. Bonnie would have been more help but she decided that Aunt Sheila was drunk than to listen to what she had to say. What is required could kill Sheila without help. I refuse to go to another funeral because a bunch of selfish brats couldn't leave well enough alone." I said and walked out

Jeremy held Anna's hand and they went up to his room.

"She is going to be trouble no matter what we do. Maybe if we follow her plan she'll leave us be?" Elena said 

"I don't follow anyone. The moment I have Katherine I'm gone." Damon said and left 

"Fine." Stefan said and held Elena
