When I laid eyes on her (girlxgirl)

Is it love at first sight?

It was the the first day of my senior year and my mom yells up the stairs "Sammie get up or you're going to be late!". I groan and climb sluggishly out of bed making my way to the bathroom. I strip out of my boxers and t-shirt turning on the water thinking 'great first day and I'm not looking forward to it already'. Yeah I was one of the popular girls, not not your average popular girl. I was the QB of the varsity football team. I stand at 5'5 built with muscle really short brown hair (buzzed on the sides and enough hair to spike on top). I was tan with the perfect shade of brown eyes. I finish my shower and walk to my dresser putting on boxers and my bra before my mom comes walking in. " You better hurry up before you're late I'm leaving for work". I look at her lowering an eye brow "don't you ever know how to knock" she laughs and with that she walks out. After about another 10 minutes I'm finally dressed and ready wearing a pair of lose light colored jeans, a white v neck shirt and timberlands.

I pull into the schools parking lot in my black Chevy Nova SS with rap music blaring. I gather my stuff and walk over to my friends Sarah Laura Lexi and brandy. Weird I know for me to be on a football team and hanging out with the girls but the guys are just to much for me. I smile at the girls and Sarah looks me up and down biting her lip. I laugh "keep your eyes in your head and stop undressing me" she blushes and smacks me. "You only wish Sammie" we all laugh teasing her about it. Sarah and I had a thing a little while back but that thing didn't last very long after she told me she couldn't do it anymore. After talking for a little while a small little punch buggy car comes pulling into the parking lot. We all watch closely for we never saw this car before. "Who is that never saw the car before" says Lauren. Lexie looks over her shoulder "maybe it's somebody new". And that's the first time I laid my eyes on her. The tall blonde girl stepped out of her car. She had long blonde curly hair to the middle of her back, she was fit and had beautiful greenish/ hazel eyes. My mouth opens a little as I just stare at her thinking to myself 'my oh my is she a dime I think I just fell in love'. We all watch her walk past us wearing short daisy duke shorts with a tank top and flip flops. Sarah looks over at me as I'm still starring and she huffs and slaps me upside the head "stop starring sammie". And with that we all walked to first period when the bell rang.
