(RECAP)
I closed my eyes and hoped to God, that my unborn baby safely arrive to this world in peace, without worry, without harm.
I so hope to God, that before that time comes, nothing will happen to us. Nothing to wreck our marriage, family and friends. Anything.
I wish to live life in peace and without worry.
But, if someone intentionally ruin what's precious to us, to me..
I opened my eyes and stared down intensely.
'They had better not do anything to make me angry.'
.................................
"By the powers invested in me, I now pronounce you.." the priest moved up his hand to Stephen, "Husband-" and motioned towards me, "and wife.." The priest gently smiled, "If there are no objections. You may kiss the bri-..er.. groom." The priest stepped back, confused of which bride/groom is referred to Stephen or me.
I softly laughed as I looked down at the white carpet. I smiled and looked up at his beautiful blue eyes that sparkled through the white veil. The wind outside here blew as the cherry pink petals fell down across and danced around us with the sound of melody in the background.
I reached up and pulled back his veil, revealing his seductive smirk. There we stood in the scorching summer of Florida. It was so hot, air steaming around me. I felt the light heat on my skin as my heart raced like it was at the start of the wedding.
Instead of doing the kiss as one of a groom's duties, he pulled me close by waist.
Then, he gave me a light, gentle peck of a kiss.
On my lips, he smiled, revealing so much happiness. I laughed as the guests, my friends and my family stood and they clapped away drowning out the sound of tweets of the birds flying above us in the sunny blue sky.
We turned to them and stood up at the aisle, recieving the blessings given by everyone.
I have to admit, sixteen years of age and I'm already married to a guy who was my supposedly enemy.
Guess what? Love really does give you full of surprises.
Instead of God, Cupids really do work in mysterious ways!
