How You Met You and Wally had met in elementary school, around 4th or 5th grade. You were both super dorky kids, and you'd been bullied for as long as you could remember. He had helped you out when some kids were picking on you during free time out in the field after lunch and ended up getting beaten up pretty badly. You guys were completely inseparable after that.
Cuddling You'd think Wally was super clingy, and he can be, but not always. You two are a little normal on the cuddling side of the relationship, doing it often but not to the point you never,do anything without one hugging the other. Wally lives for it, though.
PDA Wally is probably and 7/10 on the PDA scale. If he wants to hug or kiss you, he will, and nothing will stop him. However, he won't blatantly make out with you in public. That's just weird.
First Kiss Wally was rambling on about something that had happened that day when he first got a kiss from you. It was pretty stereotypical. Person A is rambling while Person B is staring at them dreamily. Eventually, Person B can't help but kiss them. It was cute since his face was about as red as his hair afterwards.
Kissing When it comes to kissing, Wally is a lot like Dick in the sense of giggling. When you two kiss, he can't stop smiling and laughing, since he's just so happy to have you all to himself. He also likes to hold you when you kiss. Some people just go in for it by holding their S/O's cheek, but he hugs you and you guys are just a huge mess of love. It' really sweet.

Male - You and Wally wanted something that was like a little inside joke, so you guts got lightning bolts on your biceps. The two of you laugh about it ALL THE TIME. No one really understands why it's so funny. It was special to you since it reminded you both of an easier time.

Female - You wanted something that was cute and reflected your guys' relationship and, after a LOT of thinking, you came up with the lightning bolts on your fingers. It was small, cute, and reflected how you loved all of with his powers and without them (hence the solid and empty bolts).

Getting Injured Wally isn't too worried when it's him, since his body will fix it up pretty quickly, but if it's you, he turns into a mess. He doesn't cry necessarily, he just gets anxious and all sorts of aggravated. He doesn't really sleep until he KNOWS that you're okay.
