I feel like Dick and Jason should be a lot closer in age than what's canon. I think Dick is in between 28-32 and Jason's 20-23, but I feel like it would work better if Jay were aged up, or Dick aged down. IDK, I just feel like it would work a little better with the whole story

All of Bruce's children are very smart, it's just the ways that they were raised and the trauma they went through that shapes whether or not they show it, and how they intend to

Nobody went near Jason's room after he died. Dick was really depressed for a while afterwards, since he'd come to love his bastard of a brother, and would bawl his eyes out anytime he walked past the door. Someone offered to clean Jay's room once, and he broke down; crying, screaming and thrashing. He wasn't ever trying to be dramatic, it was his bodies natural reaction. Even after the batfam found out Jason was alive, Dick still got teary eyed walking past it.

Dick and Jason were probably the best of friends. I imagine Dick (17-19), teaching small, runty Jason (12 or 13) how to ride a skateboard, or training with him, or reading with him (even if his English is failing him a little).

Dick

When Dick was first adopted, he wasn't fluent in English. He could speak it well, but how he phrased some of his sentences and his somewhat thick accent made it apparent that he didn't always speak English. He still maintains a little bit of his accent with certain words and sounds.

Dick didn't always want to be a cop, in fact, he wanted to go back to acrobatics and gymnastics. He actually wanted to be a coach for the kids and maybe even junior teams

He decided to be a cop during his later years of being Robin, when he saw how under staffed the PDs were. He also loved crime fighting, but didn't want to hide behind the mask forever

He made his mind up and joined the police academy when he met a little kid who lost his parents in a car accident

He knew he'd made a good decision when Bruce adopted Jason, and Dick had to find ways for Jay to get through the loopholes every time he got arrested (he could be a lawyer at this point tbh)

Dick, being the one who experienced a strict Bruce and an even stricter Batman, had taken a ton of classes to better his skills. He'd taken dance classes, and became Gotham Academy's best student, and still is (he'd taken some of the hardest classes, and passed all of them in flying colors)

Dick hadn't always been the pretty, flashy, confident brother. He was really shy in middle school, not really ever experiencing real interaction with people outside of the circus

Dick was a really cute kid, but his teen years came around and he was the typical teen. He was still pretty cute, but puberty really started to hit, and he got some pretty bad acne, he got a little hairy, and even gained some small chubby bits

He eventually got himself into a good routine and got everything under control, though. Then he became the pretty boy

Dick wasn't ever really able to find a good partner, so he broke up with people quickly. He also couldn't stand being alone, so he got with a new person even quicker. He just wanted someone to love him, so he ended up getting the player rep like Bruce

Dick doesn't really feel like categorizing himself sexuality wise is necessary, but, if he had to pick, he'd say he was pansexual. He doesn't really care, as long as his partner is a good person. He just tends to gravitate towards more feminine people since he's less intimidated and feminine people are pretty
