Chapter 6 - Distracted from studies & Attracted to her!

20th June, 2019.

From today, 4 days are left for the final exam. Feeling good and relaxed cause the preparation for the exam is almost complete. It was 8 o'clock in the morning, when Anay messaged me and said that he was coming to the college by 11 o'clock. "Cool. I'll see you there." I replied him back. I got dressed up for the college, today in the casuals just because there was no class. I informed Anay to come in the casuals at the college via text message. The reason today I and Anay were coming to college was that, Anay had some other subject backlogs as well, so I decided to help him in the studies and at the same time we could do some revision for our summer term paper. Today I was very happy because the girl I had been stalking for a long time, now finally I knew her name. And now there was just one thing that I was dreaming about that I like her and she's the beginning and end of every moment of my life.

10:52 am, I reached college. Parked my vehicle. Messaged Anay and asked him "Where are you?" "In the library", the reply came. I quickly ran towards the library. Scanned my ID card and entered in the library. Anay was already there. He waved his hands, so that I could recognize where he was seating. I saw him and went to him. Got seated on the chair and started talking with Anay.

Anay: So finally, you have the name of the girl. Now what's next?

Rohan: Well man I don't know.

Anay: Ok!

Rohan: I'll tell you once I'll have any plan. But for now, can we start with the studies?

Anay: Of course bro, after all we are here for that only.

Rohan: So first we'll start with other subjects and then we'll take a break, after that we'll revise for the summer term paper.

Anay: Yeah! Ok!

Rohan: Cool! Then let's begin.

Then after studying for hours, we decided to take a break. We kept all the things on the table and moved ahead to the cafeteria. Had some fast food and coffee, so that we could be refreshed. After sometime we came back to the library. While eating food in the cafeteria, I had prepared a plan in my mind, So that I could answer to the Anay's question which he asked me in the morning.

Rohan: So Anay you were asking me what's next?

Anay: Yeah! Bro tell me.

Rohan: So listen to this very carefully, I have a lots of plan running in my mind. And this is the first one.

Anay: I am listening.

Rohan: First of all take out your phone and log in to that Facebook profile on which we had searched Rohini's profile.

Anay: Wait a second and here we go.

(Anay takes out his phone. Opens the Facebook and searches her profile on it)

Rohan: Great work. Now take the screenshots of her pictures and send it to me.

Anay: As you say bro.

(Anay takes the screenshots and sends to Rohan)

Rohan: Thanks a lot bro, now this will keep inspiring me.

Anay: Oh! Yay.

Anay: It's good to get inspiration is good, but tell me something about the real plan.

Rohan: Telling.

Rohan: Listen, now that our summer term classes are over, I didn't get any chance to talk with her, so I'll wait until the CRT classes start, because I heard that all the students who appeared for the summer term, there will be a separate CRT classes for them and that too in the same batch.

Anay: Sounds good.

Rohan: Yeah! Hopefully if everything goes well.

Anay: Fingers crossed, don't worry everything will be go right.

Then we started to do the revision for our summer term paper which was about to held after four days from today. When I and Anay had revised two topics, I heard the sound of bracelets as they were jangling. I was a bit distracted, so I followed the sound of the bracelets. And I saw Rohini was coming in the library. With phone in one hand and some books in the other she was coming closer to me. Wearing a black top and blue jeans, with a watch in one wrist and bracelets on the other, she was looking very cute. Searching for a place to seat, she looked at me and started moving towards the table that was in front of ours. Then she got seated there. I was just about to make an essay of nearly 1000 words in my mind by just describing her beauty. But thankfully I got back to the reality when Anay moved me and said "Bro! Look who's here." Yeah! I saw her and now just don't use abusive words as she can hear us" I gave a little warning to Anay. "OK! Boss." The reply came. After looking around for a while, she got the headphones out of his pocket and connected the phone. Inserted the headphones into the ear and you started listening to the song. Slowly my attention was diverting from studies. Anay was watching it since a long time and then he said that he has to talk to me. We both lay down on the chair.

Anay: Bro what are you doing? Where is your attention?

Rohan: Nowhere in studies.

Anay: Don't lie to me, I've been watching you for a long time. You are stalking her constantly.

Anay: What I am saying is that, please do not divert your attention from study and stay focused on your goal.

Rohan: And what is my goal according to you.

Anay: Passing the summer term examination with good marks and getting admission in the final year.

Rohan: Neither my goal is to impress her nor to pass the summer term exam with good marks. My only goal is that I want to come to the Farewell party with all my batch mates.

Anay: OMG! What a line bro.

Rohan: Thanks and I hope you have got my point. No hard feelings.

Anay: Obviously bro, I know you.

For a moment I told Anay that I am not trying to impress her, but my own heart was not convinced by my statement because it was already beating fast for her. After some time a friend of her came to her and then they both started gossiping a lot. I was going crazy to listen to their conversation. After some time she left the library and I said to Anay, "Okay! That's it for today, we will stop here." And then we left college. I came back home Slept for a while and then went out to get some fresh air. While walking down the street, I was still thinking about it and I was not knowing what kind of feeling it was. I came back home, studied for a while. Watched TV and then had dinner with my family. Finally at 11 pm I went to bed. I took my phone in hand and started looking at her pictures that Anay had sent me. And on seeing the pictures, I fell asleep in the hope that she would come in my dreams.
