The next morning, Riku's sleep was rudely interrupted as the warm ray of the sun shined onto his face through the window besides the bed. Riku felt a lot better compare to last night with his head and stomach stop hurting. When he notice the big space on his left where Tenn was supposed to be, he grumbled knowing that Tenn had already woken up before and went somewhere else.

Riku brought the blanket closer to his face taking in Tenn's scent from the blanket, it had the scent of freshness like it was just recently used or came out from the washing but most importantly, it smelled like home. As Riku felt satisfied and feel more freshened up, he rolled out of bed and a soft plop sound with his landing being soft from the blanket wrapping around him.

Crawling out of his blanket roll, Riku stumble a little when he felt a chill throughout his body as it was more chilly compare to when he was in Tenn's bed covered with the blanket. Quickly getting used to the change of temperature, Riku waddle to the living room and kitchen hoping to see that Tenn was there.

As he reaches to the entrance of the living room, Riku popped his head out curiously scanning around and found the one person he was looking for, Tenn was in the kitchen plating something, "mmm... Tenn-nii.. ?"

Even if Riku's voice was small, Tenn was able to hear his soft voice calling his name and turned around to see Riku's eyes and his fingers on the frame of the entrance staring at him with his big puppy-like eyes. "Ah, Riku! You're awake. How are you feeling? you don't feel sick do you? Should I go buy some medicine? Are you sure you can walk? Do you want to rest in bed a little longer? Would you like me to bring breakfast to you in my room?"

Already bombarded by Tenn's questions, Riku walked out of the entrance showing Tenn his full body and smiled. "I'm feeling fine Tenn-nii! You don't have to worry about me, I just felt a little sick that's all."

Riku then walked to the table and laid besides it staring at the ceiling, it was his first time in a home like this since a long time, it felt nice and nostalgic. Even though it was smaller and less festive then the time he lived with his parents and Tenn, it still felt welcoming and wasn't cold anymore.

He then heard a plate being placed down and look to see there was a omurice on the table, he sat up and saw Tenn walking with another plate and placed it opposite to where he placed the first and went back one more time to get the green tea. "Since I have a lot of food in the fridge now thanks to Gaku and Ryuu I thought maybe to make your favourite food, though I had to improvise so I hope that was okay."

Riku's eyes sparkled seeing that Tenn has made a cat with the ketchup on top of the omurice. "Don't worry Tenn-nii, I'll still eat it even if it was disgusting!" Riku grabbed the fork next to his plate before saying 'itadakimasu' and started eating.

Tenn gave a content smile before doing what Riku did and started eating to.

Riku was now alone in Tenn's apartment staring at the wall in the living room and dying out of boredom.

After they had finished their breakfast, Tenn straight away went to his room to quickly change into his school uniform before leaving the apartment and Riku alone.

"I'm so bored.... " Riku muttered lazily. He was now laying on the floor kicking in mid air with his legs up slacking a little thinking of what Tenn had said and that he'll be back soon and just wait here for the time being. "Maybe if I could just.... " he then rolled onto his stomach with his back facing the ceiling. His gaze was at the door, it was like the door was calling him to open it and walk out.

Riku had already waited seven hours already and Tenn was probably in his final lesson and he couldn't wait any longer before he would probably die again but this time from boredom. Within that seven hours, Riku had gotten change back to his yukata, taken a nap, read books, look out the window and being the curious little brother he is, rummages through Tenn's draws and cabinets and found some things that were maybe best left untold.
