All four of them put their stuff down and sat of the couch. The silence that held in the room was awkward to say the least until Mrs. Jung started rambling to her son about their travels around the world. They were well into their conversations until Mr. Jung's phone rang and he stepped into the hallway to answer it."Yoongi Sweetheart, could you get us some water? I hate to ask this of a guest but-"
"No! You're totally fine. I'll be right back"
'Anything to escape this awkwardness.'Yoongi ran out to the kitchen and left Hoseok alone with his mother.
"Alright," She started and Hoseok flinched.
"What is going on?"Hoseok chuckled.
"I really can't hide anything from you, can I mom?""No! Now tell me the tea sis!" She said as she bounced up and down.
Hoseok laughed. He had a strange relationship with his mom. They would always talk like teenagers and quote memes to each other so often that his father had banned internet slang from the dinner table.
"Okay...just...try not to freak out when I tell you. It was hard enough to not pass out when you both arrived." Hoseok admitted.
"I promise. You know me by now. Just tell mom what's eatin' you!" She said as she elbowed his side.
'Yoongi, apparently.'
"Well..." Hoseok paused and took a deep breath.
"I've had a boyfriend for pretty much a year now and my friends know about it and his name is Min Yoongi! I lied about him being just my friend because I was scared of what you and Dad would think! And you can disown me if you want but..." He trailed off as tears started to well up in his eyes and fall gently down his cheeks and chin.
"I really love him. I don't know why I love him so much but I do. He brings out my best side and he makes me happy. I don't want to imagine my life if I never met him...He's my everything."He looked at his mom, tears still dripping down his face.
"I don't care if you don't accept us, but-"
He was cut short but his mom pulling him into a hug."My baby boy is so brave. I never want to hear you say that we'll disown you. We'll love you and your partner as much as we can." She said.
He stared to cry and held her tighter than he had ever done before. She ran her fingers through his hair and shushed her son gently.
"I'm so glad you told me. I was honestly expecting you to lie and tell me something stupid like you got a girlfriend."
Hoseok calmed down as he backed up and frowned.
"And why the hell would I do that? It's so counterproductive."She shrugged and Hoseok laughed as he wiped away his tears. It was a good while until both men came in. Yoongi carried four glasses of water and set them down on the table as Mr. Jung came back and sat down next to his wife. They all continued their conversations and all three guys took sips of water in between.
"So Yoongi," Mrs. Jung said as all three took a sip of water.
"How's Hoseok at sex?"All three did a spit take in different directions.
"MOM!" Hoseok yelped, his face lighting up like a Christmas tree.
"U-uhhh...ummm.." Yoongi stuttered as his face light up as well.
"Jessica!" Mr. Jung said in shock.
"Whaaaat? I just was curious!" She said in a defensive tone.
"Sweetheart, our son is not in a relationship with Mr. Min here! Don't make accusations!" He said as he huffed.
"But what if they were! You wouldn't mind if Hoseok was dating a guy, riiiiight??" She whined as she practically laid on top of his lap.
