OoOoOoOoO! That was a cliffhanger! Let's get right into the next one with no delay!"I'm sorry?" Yoongi said with a raised eyebrow.
"I said, do you remember me. Anything will do...just, please say you remember." Hoseok was trying hard to keep his composure but his voice couldn't help but crack.
Yoongi looked down in guilt as he gripped the sheets of the hospital bed.
"N-no...I'm sorry Hoseok. I don't remember. You seem familiar, but I can't pinpoint any specific memory of you."
Hoseok dropped to the floor. Tears started to well in his eyes.
"Then, the necklace you're wearing...You don't remember what it means to you? To me? To us?"
"N-no..." He looked almost pained as he said the word.
He couldn't take it anymore. Drop by drop, the tears started to roll down his cheeks and neck. He was bawling soon enough as Jin and Namjoon comforted him, tears pricking their eyes as well.
Yoongi felt a pain in his side. He couldn't figure out why, but watching this man who he didn't know cry for him made him feel incredibly guilty for not remembering him. He looked down at the necklace that Hoseok had mentioned and stared at the charm.
'How did I not noticed this before?'
The charm was silver and in the shape of a coffee cup. The initials 'Y + H' were carved into the charm. His eyes widened as he realized why the man was crying so bad.
"Were you..." Yoongi started.
Hoseok had calmed down just enough to hear him and stopped.
"Huh?" He said with a sniffle as he wiped his red and puffy eyes.
"Were you...my best friend?" He finished.
Hoseok bit back a scream.
'NO! I WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT!'"Y-You could say that..." He said with chuckle.
"What's so funny?" Yoongi pouted.
Hoseok stood up and walked towards Yoongi's bed. He smiled and ruffled the elders hair.
"Nothing. I'm just lucky that you kind of remember me. I'll explain everything when we get home.""Home?" Yoongi questioned.
"Oh yeah," Hoseok said as he dragged Jin and Namjoon our the door.
"By the way, we live together. I'll see you in couple of days kitten."The door shut and Yoongi exploded with a redness he couldn't explain.
'Did he just...Did he just call me kitten?'
He didn't know who that man was but if he was telling the truth, Yoongi had gotten very lucky.
"Are you all ready?" Hoseok said as Yoongi walked out of the hospital on his crutches. He was able to walk on his own but kept on the crutches just in case.
"Yeah." He said as Hoseok helped him into the passengers seat.
Yoongi couldn't help but feel nervous. He was apparently going home to a very nice apartment where him and his apparent best friend lived. The drive there was spent talking about the things that Yoongi did remember. He remembered a few high school classes and teachers. He remembered a few of their friends names and how he had an older brother. When they arrived at the complex, they found their apartment and Hoseok unlocked the door.
"Welcome home Yoongi." Hoseok said with a smile as he gestured for Yoongi to step inside.
After admiring the house a bit, Yoongi followed Hoseok to what appeared to be Yoongi's room. Hoseok helped set Yoongi's stuff down and flopped onto the bed.
