It started off with me and a few of my older friends visiting them.
I thought that it was a joke at first, you know, lots of people dressing up trying to scare people.
But it wasn't a joke.
This was my life.
A reality.
"Chey come on!" Leah shouted, Leah is 19 and I'm only 17, she's like my older sister, separated at birth as we say. We were going to 'The Block', it's where all the Creepy's live. Well, they don't really live there, they are trapped in there until they earn their freedom.
It's complicated.
Leah was going to take me to The Block today for this 'challenge' thing. In other words, She asked Jeff if I could 'stay over' for a year. A YEAR. Y E A R.
IM GOING TO LIVE WITH CREEPY PASTAS FOR A YEAR.
I didn't get any say whether I actually wanted to go, Leah chose for me. "It's so you can get to know them better." She'd say, Of course I don't mind... it's just... I'm kinda terrified by them... Including Jeff...
"Cheyenna!" Leah shouted almost in an angry manor, "I'm coming!" I yelled back shaking my foot into my trainers/heels.
I grabbed my small bag and threw it around my shoulder and basically fell down the stairs.
When I got out of the house and waved goodbye at my other friends who also lived in the house with me (Molly, Lorna, Elizabeth, Willow and Victoria), I climbed into the car and put my buckle on.
I saw Leah sat next to me in the drivers seat shaking in excitement.
I sighed quietly.
"Aren't you excited?" Leah asked,
"Well..." I hesitated... "I don't know." I dragged my head to the right and leant it on the window. Leah looked at me, giving me a 'I'm going to make you feel better' look. "Hey..." she said calmly, "We have all done this before okay," She paused for a second and put the car in gear. "First it was Lorna..." She sat up strait..."Then Me..." She drive to the edge of our garden... "Then Victoria..." She looked right then left, looking for cars (because she was about to pull out of the drive) "Then Willow..." She skidded safely onto the carriageway "Then Elizabeth."
"What about Molly?" I asked, curious of the fact that Molly is older than me and she hasn't gone to The Block ever before.
"She doesn't know about it." Leah whispered.
"Why?" I interrupted,
"Her heart is to fragile to handle something like that..." Her voice sounded a little shattered, as if she was about to cry... "You know about it don't you?" She looked at me for a second, then back to the road.
I looked down at my cupped hands which rested on my lap. "Yeah." I whispered;
Molly has a heart condition which she has had since birth, After her mother passed away Leah had looked after her, being the responsible older sister she is she knew that she had to look after her and keep a close eye on her regularly because it's very dangerous, if she gets to excited or to scared or even nervous she can fall into a coma. A permanent coma.
There was a moment of silence for a while, we just listened to whatever played on the radio, I don't really listen to the music, I just let it go over my head and I just look out the window.
Leah on the other hand sometimes hums to the song, or taps the driving wheel in time with the drums or bass of the song.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to The Block on the motorway, a hour if we stick to small roads.
We went on the motorway.
We listened to music all the way there, most of the songs were mainly stupid, you know those songs which actually have a nice tune to it but then the lyrics in it just make the whole song bad.
We got there eventually, I could feel that we were there, you get a cold feeling, you start to shake and you feel a bit lightheaded. You get use to it, but it just doesn't feel, normal.
Even the look of it... it's just not normal.
It's literally,
A big,
Grey/Black colour,
Massive,
Rectangle,
Box.
That's it. It's in the middle of no where, it's like fucking area 52.
Leah took a deep sigh and opened her car door and shuffled outside, and took a deep breath, filling her lungs with the fresh but dusty air. A slight wind brushed her chestnut brown hair gracefully.
She turned to me and smiled. "Come on, They're waiting."
She walked to the boot of the car and the door swung up, she grabbed one of my many suitcases and walked to the large iron door.
This place looked like a prison.
It felt like a prison.
It is a prison.
Leah got to the large, heavy door, dropped the suitcase and smacked her hand against the door three times.
About 5 seconds later the door creaked open and Gracie appeared, well, her hair appeared.
This is going to sound weird unless I tell you who she actually is so she is the Grudge, you know, the girl who has white skin and black hair which can kill people. Yeah. That's her.
She appeared in the sunlight and she covered her sensitive eyes with her arm, she smiled sweetly at Leah, and then Leah pointed at me and Gracie smiled at me welcomely.
She crawled out of the dark room and stumbled to the car then grabbed three suitcases and swung them into the dark room which multiple arm like limbs grabbed them with. Im guessing that was Seb, otherwise known as Sebastian, or Slenderman. Gracie and Sebastian are a thing and they are the cutest.
#Sludge
When the last of my bags were taken into the room Leah came up to me and gave me a huge hug, afterwards she wiped her eye to get rid of a small tear which escaped her left eye.
She stuffed herself back into her small mini and waved at me and then drove of into the horizon.
She left me here. With the people who scare me the most in the world.
What if they try to kill me?
What if something bad happens?
I'm scared.
It has been two minutes and I'm already shaking.
