{chapter thirty eight ~ sister}

Jungkook's POV

We woke up early and we both went on a road trip meanwhile, Anna was stuck with two men clinging onto her arms.

Y/N is looking outside the window of the car, capturing the views of the sea with her very own eyes.

The moment I laid my eyes on her, I saw beauty and her innocence just blooms everytime I looked at her.

"Jungkook, aren't we going to go yet? You've been staring at me for a while, is there something wrong?" She asked me and I smiled at her widely.

"Nothing, I heard that you were in a Catholic orphanage before and I was wondering if you want to visit an orphanage in here." I told her and her eyes beamed like twinkling fires of excitement.

"Yes! You could have surprised me! Gosh, you don't know how much I love children!" She spanked my arm teasingly and I wriggled my eyebrows at her. She was left confuse and my words left her shock.

"Then let's make a lot of babies." I laughed and she threw her bag at me while blushing a lot.

"No! I can't imagine myself doing some dirty stuff." She gagged and I turned on the engine, making her not ready for my fast acceleration.

How can someone be so fucking adorable?—Wait! What the fuck! Snap out of it, Jungkook.

I shook my head and Y/N started tapping my shoulder.

"Is there something bugging you?" She asked and I shook my head again.

"I'm just excited to meet the children of Mary." Her eyes looked at me and she squealed.

"Wait! Don't tell me this is the same orphanage from Korea , Maryland Orphanage!" My head nodded and she immediately squealed louder than before.

"I didn't know they have a sister orphanage in Bali! That's weird but only Sister Francine could think of that!" Wait, hold up! How did she—

30 minutes later..

"Woah! They're literally in front of a beach! That's amazing!" She ran towards the entrance of the orphanage and sweet Caroline welcomed us.

"Oh! You must be Jungkook's girlfriend! Come in!" I laughed when Sister Caroline winked at me .

Y/N bowed her head and she went ahead of us, she was escorted by Jummy.

"Oh! You lucky boy! She must be a precious jewel to you." She hugged me tightly and I laughed at her excitement.

"Sister Caroline, please calm down. You don't want my girlfriend to run away, don't you?" A spank made it's way to my shoulder and we laughed louder.

"Jungkook, Sister Francine misses you dearly and she still doesn't know that you're here. You know how much she loves surprises." She giggled and I chuckled, it is true, Sister Francine is the head of Maryland Orphanage. She built this on her own and now, it became a home to many.

Sister Caroline clings her arms to mine and we wander across the halls of the orphanage.

I laughed when I saw children flocking over Y/N and she was struggling to introduce herself to all of them.

Out of nowhere, a clap interrupted the excitement of children.

"Be quite guys, Sister Francine might hear all of you and there will be lots of cleaning!" She whisper-yelled at the cute, little children and all of them pouted making my girlfriend giggle.

"Kookie?" Someone tugged my black shirt and I looked at her.

"Oh, Therese, aren't you looking pretty?" I kissed her forehead and she hugged me tightly while tears started to spill.

"I missed you Kookie! You made your little Princess wait a-and it was lonely with-without you!" She wailed and I patted her back, meanwhile, Y/N was looking at me with an unreadable smile. It was as if, her eyes were sparkling staring at me.

Thump. Thump.

"Kookie, I can feel your heartbeat." Therese held my chin and made me look at her and then she looked at where I was looking.

"How dare you replace me?" She wriggled out of my embrace and I snapped out of my imaginary state.

"Therese" I laughingly called when she turned her back and went immediately to Y/N.

"Hi cutie, how are you?" She kneeled down to face her and suddenly.....

Pak!

"Kookie is mine!" Therese stormed off of the dining hall and everybody was astonished to what she had done to Y/N, even me.

"Therese! Therese! Apologize now—" Sister Caroline's sentence was interrupted when she closed the door of the room.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! She didn't mean to do that!" I approached Sister Caroline and Y/N while looking seriously at Therese's door.

"Hey, are you okay, Y/N?" I looked at her red face and she nodded her head while Sister Caroline gathered the children to go into their rooms for a second.

"I'm so sorry about what happened, Therese is somewhat special. She has a mental disorder, down syndrome to be exact and— Kookie is her ultimate crush. She's 14 years old." Sister Caroline handed Y/N her tea and my black coffee.

We sat down at the table for a while after that incident because Sister Caroline wants to apologize sincerely.

"I understand, Sister. Didn't know Kookie was hers first?" She joked and I blushed at her calling me Kookie and I cleared my throat.

"Who told you to call me Kookie? You have no right, Miss Y/N." The two of them laughed and I teasingly threw the small piece of bread to Y/N.

"Aish, stop wasting food Jungkook. That is God's grace and you're wasting it in front of me." She took the bread that was left that I still want to eat and I whined at her.

"Please give it to me, sister. I promise I'll eat it! Sister! Sis—" I was shocked when Y/N placed her piece of bread on top of my small plate.

"There little Kookie, eat." The both of us laughed but suddenly someone entered the dining room out of nowhere.

The teacup from her hands fell down to the floor and her mouth was wide open.

"Y/N?!" She literally screamed and I looked at Y/N's face.

"Sister Francine?!"

And the whole entire dining room was full of squeals.

It's been a long while and I'm back! Basically, the whole entire 1st and 2nd quarters of my grade is really important, and I'm trying to maintain my grade up until now, since last Thursday is my final exam. This week I'll be busy too, since it's Project Week, which sucks! But I guarantee you that after this I'll be able to update since we're having our semester break! Wohooo!
