Jay's P.O.V
"Hey guys! Look what I found!" I yelled as the others turned around to see me. "Jay? What are you holding?", Nya asked me as I showed them a book. "'Book of Spells'?", Lloyd said as he read the title. Cole gasped. "Witchcraft?!" "No dirtclod!", I scolded. "Spells to help us with enemies!" "Which is technically witchcraft!!!", Cole yelled as I rolled my eyes. "How did you manage to get hold of it?", Kai asked. I started to think back.
~Flashback~
I was secretly, going through Sensei's stuff. I then opened a drawer and took the book. "'Book of Spells'?", I asked myself. I decided to take it and show it to the others.
~end of flashback~
"I-uh... accidently bumped into a bookshelf and the book fell on my head...??", I lied, but came out more like a question. They gave me a weird look, but they shrugged it off. "Anyway, Jay, what kind of spells are there?", Nya asked me. "Probably tons of spells!", I said as I opened the book. I flipped through the pages of the book. "Hey guys! Look at this spell! It can make a person fall asleep!", I said. "Ha! Try it on me Jay!", Kai said as I looked at the book again. "But it's in a different language....", I said as the others crowded me. "Huh, that's weird, try to make the exact noise and see if the spell works?", Seliel suggested. I nodded. "Nete mewosamasuna hareta hi no osokumade", I said carefuly. ((I wrote in Japanese for the spell, but if you put it on Google translate idk if it'll come out like I expected it to say....so....I'm not sure if the translation worked or not even so, the spell, in English was supposed to say: Fall asleep and don't awake
until the light of a sunny day))We then just hear a 'thump'. We took our eyes away from the book to see Kai sound asleep. "At least a know the spell works", I nervously chuckled. "Right?"
