Chapter 21

I looked up to see Harry Potter walking through the hall next to the court yard in some sort of hurry. Maybe he had seen the pins. They were everywhere, they looked like they were supporting Cedric but if you pressed down on one it said Potter stinks which I didn't agree with the bullying but I was proud of Harry for pissing someone of to the point they made pins.

I was only a little angry until I saw more pins that said All Hail the Gryffin-whore. oh great. I was almost angry but at the same time at least I was the one being called it and not Ginny or Hermione.

I then heard people whispering mean stuff all around him so I lowered my book to observe.

I then saw Harry pull Cedric to the side. "Dragons" he said only now telling Cedric this news. "That's the first Task."

Cedric chuckled and said "Nevaeh already told me awhile ago." He gesture towards me. I quickly pretended to not be listening.

His friends who where telling Potter to "read the badges" were standing around before they egged him on to come and talk to me.

He walked over and sat at my feet. I was laid across a bench so it wasn't strange or anything.

"So are you doing better now?" He asked gently and I zoned him out to see Harry blocked Ron's way into the court yard.

"Is this what you do in your freetime when your not trying to do the one thing that no wizard has ever been able to do?" Cedric said watching me watch Harry, and my friends.

"So what if it is, this way we can't argue." I said listening to what Harry said to Ron.

"Your a right foul got you know that?" Harry said and Cedric Snorted and the irony of what happened after what I just said.

"I've got to~" I quickly stood and Cedric smiled at me and gestured for me to go.

"You think so?" Ron said and Harry replied "I know so."

"Anything else?" Ron said looking to see me walking over briskly.

"Yeah. Stay away from me." Harry stuttered and Ron then said "Fine." Before pushing past Harry and Glaring at me.

"Are you alright Harry?" I asked Harry moving in on my close friend quickly.

"Nevaeh, haven't you done enough." Harry sighed leaving me standing alone.

"That's Potter, The Cheat." I heard Crabbe say to his friends.

"Why so tense, Potter?" Draco mocked. "My father and I have a bet you see. I don't think you're gonna last 10 minutes in this tournament." Draco was perched up on a tree, he then briskly jumped down.

Harry stopped to look at him and his Gonnies. "He disagrees." Draco and his followers walked towards Harry. I just watched trying to decide the right time to intervene. "He thinks you won't last five."

All of the boys laughed and Harry got very angry. "I don't give a damn what your father thinks, Malfoy." Harry then pushed Draco. I gripped my wand tightly.

I took a stepped forward protectively. "He's vile and cruel and your all pathetic." Harry turned to walk away in rage.

"Pathetic?" Draco pulled out his wand I quickly pull out my faster screaming "incendio!" At Draco the spell hitting his robe.

I then saw Mad eye Moody smiling a gesturing for me to put away my wand. I saw he was about to spell Draco as well, but I was just faster.

Draco screamed Crabbe and Goyle trying to put out the fire. I tucked my wand away so no other teacher coild see it.

"I'll teach you to curse someone when their back is turned!"

Moody quickly put out the flame before transfiguring Draco into a ferret. I stood next to Harry who was smiling at me thinking I had just chosen him over Draco Malfoy.

"You stinking, cowardly... Scummy" Mad eye was anger flinging ferret Draco around and I almost felt bad. Almost.

"Professor Moody!" Professor McGonagall said running over. Mad eyes show just save me from getting in trouble. "What are you doing?"

"Teaching." Moody said continuing to fling around Ferret Draco.

Then her eyes widened. "Is that a student?"

"Technically it's a Ferret." Moody then shoved Ferret Draco down Crabbe's pants.

Cedric stood armed crossed with a toothy grin his friends behind him.

Ferret Draco soon came out of Crabbe's pant leg.

McGonagall was quick to turn him back to a person.

"Why'd you have to do that." I whined towards McGonagall before I looked at flustered Draco and said "He was much cuter as a Ferret."

He then yelled at me. "You set me on fire!" I shook my head and took a step forward.

"The correct term is I Incendio'd your ass." I sized him up before McGonagalls voice screeched.

"Detention Miss Grey!" I look her in the eye offended and Harry stood up for me.

"She was just protecting me." Harry said and I whispered loud enough for only Harry and Draco to hear. "Yeah, it's not like I've been waiting to do that."

Draco huffed and the professor huffed. "Fine." She sighed and a small smirk appeared on my face as I peered over at Malfoy.
